About this apartment rental
This Siesta Key gulf side rental is located on one of the widest and most beautiful stretches of beach in the world. Beachaven is located at the ‘center’ of Siesta Key’s Crescent Beach (giving it the best vantage point for sunsets), and enjoys the widest private beach on all of Siesta Key, and likely the largest private beach in the entire world. The crystal clear aqua water of the Gulf of Mexico and unique pure white sand made of 99% quartz (so it never gets hot on your bare feet) will be your private playground.
Most complexes on the gulf side of Siesta Key have a pool located at the center of the complex or at the beginning of the complex near the road. This complex has one of the few pools that is literally located directly on the beach so you can watch another spectacular sunset while floating in your own private pool. Or take a dip in the ocean and come back to the pool when you're done with the salt water.

Lounge chairs and seating are provided at both pools and the beach. The complex is just 1.5 miles south of The Village, where you will find plenty of local dining spots and shops.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Refundable security deposit of $500.00 due within 14 days from the date you receive the contract plus $300 for each rental month.
Stay must be continued occupancy in the same villa.
CANCELLATION
If cancellation is 90 days or more prior to the rental start date, all monies will be refunded less $50.00 clerical fee.
If cancellation is less than 90 days of rental start date, no refund of monies collected shall be made.
No refunds for early departures.
Security deposit ($500.00) will be refunded in full for all cancellations. Any changes to the initial contract will be a charge of $50 per change

four (4) people for a two (2) bedroom villa
Maximum Occupancy
2 bedroom villa - 6 people
Must be 21 years of age to rent a villa
Recycling Guidelines and Rules & Regulations will be available in each villa. Cleaning fee included in rent.

Very spacious and comfortable stay. The pictures accurately depict the updates made to this beautiful condo spectacularly situated on Siesta Key Beach. Your biggest decision of the day will be whether or not to spend time at the pool or the beach - or both! Great community of fellow renters, too. Very, very attentive owner and manager. Hope to get back there. Until we do, photos from the fabulous sunsets, spotted dolphin pods from the beach, and visits from Ernie, the Great Egret, will have to sustain us.

This home is amazing! My best rental yet in Siesta Key. Perfect location - walk to the beach so no need to load your car full of sand. Beautiful refreshing pool when you want a break from the sand and salt. Single family units (not a high rise) so beach area not crowded like other condo beaches. All the amenities of home. High end finish out, open floor plan, everything is new. Very clean, lots of sleeping room, and Tim was awesome! He was proactively in touch with us throughout our stay. I highly recommend, and will be back.

We were 2 siblings and enjoyed this clean spacious accommodation thoroughly. Enough huge TV's to satisfy an army, enough kitchen gear to cook for an army and lots of space. You are on the beach ( a 3 minute walk) down the fairway. There you will also find a wonderful pool sitting on the sand....lovely neighbors., and a sunset to die for every night from your second floor. No need to even walk to the beach. We stayed for a month and hated to leave. The village is only a few miles away with the free vans service if you care to indulge.
