The perfect apartment if you're looking for a Vatican-themed location. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning, and fast internet. Convenient check-in if you arrive in the middle of the night. Delicious morning coffee or a romantic dinner in the heart of Rome? Just step outside the building to the restaurant. Luggage storage is available after check-out. The owner and staff are helpful in many ways. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place.

The location is very good on a nice street with lots of nice places nearby and very close to the Saint Peter's Basilica. People are nice, it is easy to get in and out.

A friend of mine arrived 3 days later to a different place and it was only $20 a night more and had absolutely fabulous furniture and all. The furniture is worn down and should be replaced. The photos looked way better than what I have experienced. It is a decent place but comparing with other locations it does not deserve a high rating. Seeing the worn-down furniture and the booking.com rating of 9.2, I had no idea on what to think. They can easily fix the furniture, but before that I can at most give a rating of 7 especially after seeing another location with only a little price difference.

Room was clean, bathroom and shower were great, room stayed dark with curtains closed, plenty of plugs, mini-fridge. Very standard, but good.

I didn't realize it wasn't a hotel, sort of like a mix of a hotel and hostel? I thought it was a normal hotel, but the check in process was a little strange. They texted me a set of instructions in how to get into the building, then the apartment, and then the specific room in the apartment (which proved to be a problem when they forgot to text me the room number). Once that was figured out it was fine. Also, they asked for me to pay the city tax in cash, which my other hotels didn't.

Good location & accommodation clean

Arrived to be told our accommodation wasn't available due to a water problem so had to stay elsewhere and transfer the following day. This was BULLSHIT as when we transferred to our chosen & paid for accommodation we couldn't get in it until the 3 girls that had extended their stay for an extra day checked out. When you book and pay in advance, you do it on good faith and expect honesty from the host. Having to move, was not ideal as we were only there for 3 nights.
