The location, the decoration and the facilities of the room. We were gently treated . There is a nice restaurant and a cafe on the same street

The host Pasquale was very helpful and informative. The locations is great with many great sites within walking distance. The property itself is in a quiet street with an excellent bakery just below where we had breakfast.
In our room (No. 4) we could hear what we think were water pipes rattling at various times during the night (presumably when someone else was using water). As a light sleeper I was woken several times during the night which spoilt what would otherwise been an excellent stay.
