Very helpful staff who sorted out any issues immediately. Central location, walking distance to Vatican, great shops in the street. Quiet, secure building. As described in add. Smart tv which was good as I was sick for most of my stay.

The positives
1. Great location, close to all major attractions.
2. The building is like a fortress, once inside you surely feel safe.
3. It's nice and quiet.
4. The hosts are great, our flight was delayed and we arrived way past midnight but they were still available.
1. The WiFi was down for the length of our stay.
2. The apartment gets no cell signal whatsoever, so if the WiFi is down you'd have to step outside the building for the smallest of tasks on your phone or laptop.
