Close to all local attractions, quiet area, no noise from the street, Emiliano and staff are gracious hosts. Very knowledgeable when needed to ask a question.

It was very centrally located in Rome and right next to Vatican City. Easy to get anywhere from here.

The location was good and actual rooms was clean and. Up to date

The rooms were very hot and I requested several times to lower ac..to staff..not only did not lower ac...one gentleman..who seemed like a unwashed hippie..states the temp is set at a certain level...how is this possible...it's called saving on your electric bill on customers..and not listening to them..not only was this gentleman rude..and dismissive..the first day when I requested rooms early check in he says in his open shirt and angry voice normally check in is at 2pm..which is correct ...but I requested early check days in advance .he was very rude and has to retrained in how to talk to customers...and very slobby looking ...would not stay here for his demeanor..rest of staff was good...on day of check in noone was there to hand off keys to us..and host states I'm Lucky she was there...how is that lucky..isn't her responsibility..I've stayed several air b and B's in Rome..very poor customer service and poor response to requests of rooms being too hot at nite
