Locatie gelegen aan de Ennserstrasse in Dietachdorf. Een paar kilometer van de stad Steyr. Aan de oude weg van Steyr naar Enns. Daardoor niet teveel doorgaand verkeer. Groot hotel met nevenruimten, ook direct naast het hotel. Faciliteiten wat doorgaans betamelijk en gebruikelijk is en hier goed en in orde.

Gute Küche, alles sauber
Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Matratzen sollten getauscht werden. Frühstück = abgepackte Marmelade/ Honig geht heutzutage nicht mehr.
