Gasthof Pöchhacker

What a room! It was more like a suite with a separate sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. I really did not expect this. and was over the moon with this set-up. Breakfast was good and when I asked for scrambled egg a huge portion freshly cooked was served to me. You really could not ask for more! I stayed two nights and the restaurant was open both days and I ate from a varied menu.

It is perhaps my own fault but I had difficulty finding the hotel - it is on the left hand side as you turn in to the street but behind you, as it were. Perhaps if this could be built in to the info about the hotel, it might be helpful. But this is not a complaint because there is nothing to complain about with regard to this hotel.

It was as I expected. More to that, the Gasthof was situated very close to public pool, and as I am recreative swimmer, it is excellent. The whole place is very tidy and surroundings as well.

Everthing was ver good.

Ruhige Lage, kein Straßenlärm, keine Lärmbelästigung durch andere Gäste. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Raumpflegerin lieh mir ein Ladegerät für unsere Smartphones und Powerbanks. Nochmals DANKE!

1) Der Boden in der Unterkunft war uneben. Hoppala! 2) Die Einrichtung insgesamt billig und filigran. 3) Kein direkter Blick auf den Fernseher, wenn man auf der Couch liegt. Man muss den Fernseher (der auf einem etwa 1m hohen Kasten/Schrank steht) als ganzes verdrehen, um einen direkten Blick auf die Bildfläche zu haben. 4) Liegt man auf der Couch, rutschen die Kopfstützen weg, weil sie nicht fix montiert sind. Die Couch insgesamt billig und unbequem. 5) Der Klosettdeckel und die Klosettbrille haben keine Absenkautomatik. PENG! Klopapierrollen stehen auf der Trennwand zwischen Klosettmuschel und Badewanne, deshalb können sie nassgespritzt werden. 6) Kein Kühlschrank zum Kaltstellen von Getränken. 7) Die Badewanne ist aus dünnem Kunststoff, sie knirscht und man hat den Eindruck, der Wannenboden könnte brechen. Der Wasserstrahl vom Duschkopf weist nur EINEN Modus auf und wenn man stärker aufdreht, ist der Wasserstrahl äußerst unangenehm, es fühlt sich an, als ob kleine Nadeln ins Gesicht stechen. Darüber hinaus ist die Glaswand, die verhindern soll, dass Wasser von der Dusche auf den Boden spritzt, zu kurz. Folge: Der Boden ist nach einem Duschvorgang immer nass. 8) Die Türen klappern im Türschloss. 9) Der Stuhl im Wohnbereich ist nicht bequem genug, um darauf längere Zeit zu sitzen und ein Buch zu lesen. 10) Letztlich ist das Einchecken zu erwähnen: Niemand anwesend, auch keine telefonische Kontaktaufnahme war möglich, den Zimmerschlüssel konnte ich mangels eines Codes nicht aus dem Schlüsselfach nehmen. Erst eine Stunde später meldete sich eine Mitarbeiterin telefonisch und teilte mir den Schlüsselfachcode mit.
