Location is EXCELLENT..right in the heart of the historic town. Breakfast was also excellent...lots of choices for any and all desires...even the ability to fresh "squeeze" your own early morning juice drink! YUMMY!!! The room was comfortable and clean. Bed were quite good. Very Quiet if you wanted or needed a good nights sleep! The owner was a 'prince' in the true sense of the word. He is SO accommodating and caring and truly concerned about his guests well being and comfort. He went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with a "parking" issue...I am forever grateful.

If you want to stay 'out of some confusion' you need to park in the city garage if traveling by car. Not a big deal, truly, but for renegades such as myself, I tried to park in public areas but unfortunately had zero comprehension of German...which can lead to problems.

Rarely does a hotel actually live up to the glossy brochure, but this place nailed the brief.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable modern rooms in a superb central location.

The hotel’s location in the center of Steyr was very convenient and made it easy to explore the city on foot. However, the room we stayed in did not match the expectations set by the photos online. The furniture was outdated, and the room clearly hadn’t been renovated like some of the others shown in the listing. While it was clean and functional, it lacked the modern touches we were expecting. It would be helpful if the hotel made it clear which rooms have been updated. Overall, an okay stay, but not quite what we had hoped for.
