About this cottage rental
Amenities: Night storage heaters and one radiator on the owners central heating system. Microwave oven, fridge, washing machine and dryer (available through the owners), TV with built in DVD and freeview, CD/radio, Books/DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for two cars. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop and Pub 1 minute walk. FRIDAY changeover. Outside storage area for bikes and walking equipment etc. Small Patio with garden furniture and small garden area. Please note owners will take 3 night and 4 night breaks all year round (70% of normal rate and same price for both 3 and 4 day) Note the commencement dates are Fri and Monday only.
