Absolutely stunning renovated apartment, beautifully recreated with tradition fixtures and a touch of the industrial. Everything has been thought of and it was a delight to stay here. Great pub opposite too ... food was delicious

Gods own country start here

Very nice welcome. Loved the organic eggs. Thanks Jonathan for having us. The Pub oposite is also amazing. First time in the Yorkshire Dales and it was a perfect place.

Absolutely brilliant! The property had everything we needed, was spacious and beautifully converted....we loved our stay! And Jonathan's tour of the mill was amazing.

Really lovely place, amazing for the money needs tweaks

Beautiful property, lovely location and nice pub over the road.

Parking was really tight and lots of building works next door, I was so worried materials may fall on car. No blinds or curtains and lots of windows which allowed sunlight in especially over bed area ( I’m a light sleeper it would of been torture and had to leave before bedtime) plus about 6 house windows faced straight onto the bed as was a suspended floor and gave a clear view, a fully clear glass front door in-front of the lounge area so felt a bit like a goldfish bowl and no tv in the bedroom. Great place but needs tweaking

Amazing accommodation, host and setting

We stayed here for 4 weeks and had an amazing stay. Wonderful village, friendly local Pub. Great local walks and very friendly locals. The host Jonathon was exceptional and has an amazing knowledge of the area. Jonathon was always available to answer any questions and assist in any other way.

the location , building was nice

being dripped on with the condensation from the roof whilst watching tv , the metal stairs were annoying , take a decent pair of slippers as the stairs were like a cheese grater, cut my partners heel, also rang and left a message with the owner on arrival and they didnt call back

Fantastic little property with everything you need.

It was a well set out and a comfortable clean property. Everything you needed was available and the owner was so friendly and we enjoyed the tour of the mill. It’s in a lovely little village with the most amazing pub across the road that does absolutely delicious food and very friendly. There is lots to do on the doorstep or a short drive away. Thoroughly enjoyed this property and will definitely return in the future.

Great stay at The Workshop Lothersdale.

Accommodation and location were great.The host was very helpful and also showed us around the mill. We really enjoyed our stay. There are easy walks starting right next to the mill. The Hare and Hounds pub nearby is worth a visit. Highly recommend a stay there.

Exceptional

Truly exceptional, the apartment is spacious and welcoming, set in a beautiful environment. The quaint village is an ideal destination for exploring Yorkshire and taking walks in the area. The locals are very friendly, and the owner, Jonathan, was incredibly helpful. He shared the history of the mill with us and provided a wealth of useful information. His plums are delicious! We will definitely return.
