Property was honestly one of the best I’ve booked in years, very clean and the host was very welcoming. Definitely recommend others to book.

We loved the cosy sofa and working Tv wifi was great just needs a usb plug which was no problem at all floor and bathroom was clean they also provided bathroom amenities and kitchen amenities bed was nice and cosy and the provided heater did its job decently but overall didn’t affect our stay in a negative light this has been my second stay and it only got better than the last no bad words to say and the owner was very respectful and responsive always quick to solve any minor issues and was very hospitable will definitely be coming back in the future

On the plus side it was reasonably priced, the rooms are a good size and it's convenient for the Pennines, the Leeds-Liverpool canal, the bus and train services and the Mosque. Plenty of local shops and take-aways nearby. Nice view of Pendle Hill

It isn't a luxurious apartment. The 'fully equipped' kitchen didn't include a fridge or a microwave, there were only two plates and a cereal bowl, two frying pans and a saucepan with a broken handle. The shower sliding door was missing so when I had a shower the water went all over the bathroom door. The apartment and main bedding was clean but the spare bedding in the corner was stained with what looked like blood stains. The electricity stopped on the last day and I had to ring the owner and ask him to put some more credit in the electricity meter. I had a enjoyable stay in Brierfield and the apartment is OK but it could be a lot better with a bit of work - provide a fridge and microwave and a reasonable set of crockery and pans, Fix the shower door and replace the blood stained spare bedding. And make sure that the electricity doesn't run out of credit when someone's staying there.
