They are a wonderful reflection of the service and care that make a stay truly unforgettable, and I sincerely believe they deserve to be recognised and rewarded for their outstanding contribution.

The rooms are spacious, and the staff are super friendly. Thank you so much for all the complimentary treats and thoughtful gestures for my two daughters! ❤️

The Receptionist named Britney and the supervisor which I forgot the name (a lady with long hair and blue/black suit). They are not representing a service of Ritz Carlton hotel. Serving with insincere smile, not responsive to guest’s concerns and very slow in check in process. We have to wait until 3 pm to check in and need to check by ourselves whether the room is ready or not. She promised us a newly refurbished room yet we got a humid, old and unpleasant odour room. Very unlike 5 stars hotel service. We have been traveling to 35 countries around the world in 4 & 5 stars hotel like Banyan Tree, Marriot Hotels, Sheraton, Shangrila etc. All the staffs are genuinely friendly and have the courtesy to make every hotel guest feel convenient and comfortable despite of just sticking to the rules like a robot. Definitely will not staying again in Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan Jakarta.
