About this house rental
Our fully air-conditioned villa has 6 bedrooms/4 en-suite masters, 5.5 bathrooms, sleeps up to 13 people on beds comfortably. It has a private pool and spa with an extra-large covered porch and pool furniture. The home has high-speed internet, Free WIFI good for any online working and studying.
Our home is located in Terra Verde Resort, a Premier Award Winning guard gated community, only 10 minutes East of Disney and 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport. With 2 living areas and a fully equipped kitchen, about 2 miles to Super Walmart, easy access to Uber eats, other food delivery services, and many restaurants nearby, it's perfect for your family to relax together and enjoy each other's company. The fabulous private Pool/Spa with child safety pool fence, plus free usage of all baby gears ( crib, highchair and stroller ) and in-house washer/dryer, provide all of you more fun and relaxation after a long day in Disney or a day trip to beaches on the East or West Coast. The resort complex backs on to a large fishing lake and boasts some of the finest amenities you will find.

Our stay was great and Mei was really easy to get a hold of when we had a question. Everything was as described. Sure, there could be areas that need a bit more attention but the pool, the size of the house, the amenities, and being so close to disney was amazing.

The house was clean but the garage(activity room) was dirty. The pool is nice and the heat worked well. There are some maintenance items that should be corrected.Three electrical outlets did not work. The control rods for the lavertory drains in the main floor master suite did not work. Two other bathrooms also had this problem. In one bathroom the hot water was shut off to one faucet. Probably because the cold water would not shut off unless the handle was placed in the hot position.
The carpet was loose on one tread on the stairs. This caused our 8 yr old grand child to fall down several steps .
