Our fully air conditioned villa has 6 bedrooms/4 en-suite masters, 5.5 bathrooms, can accommodate up to 16 people . It has a private pool and spa with extra large covered porch and pool furniture. Our home is located in Terra Verde Resort, a Premier Award Winning guard gated community, only 10 minutes East of Disney and 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport . With 2 living areas and fully equipped kitchen, less than a mile to Supermarket, easy access to Uber eats, other food delivery services and many restaurants nearby, it's perfect for your family to relax together and enjoy each other's company. The fabulous private Pool/Spa with child safety pool fence, plus free usage of all baby gears ( crib, highchair and stroller ) and in-house washer/dryer, provide all of you more fun and relaxation after a long day in Disney or a day trip to beaches on the East or West Coast.

We use a highly recommended management company with friendly 24 hour support for our guests. The Terra Verde Resort features a truly superb, state of the art clubhouse with an impressive range of facilities: Resort size heated swimming pool with water feature; Zero entry into Clubhouse Pool - Great for the little ones; Pool side hot tub; Large deck area with ample loungers, chairs and umbrellas; Tiki Bar serving cool drinks by the pool; Half-court basketball; Beach Volleyball Court; Children's play area with swings, climbing rock and slides; Stocked fishing lake(Of course this is a catch and release lake);Cyber cafe and clubhouse free wireless internet; Video Arcade and games room; DVD rental machine at the Clubhouse with new and recent movie releases; Lounge area / Meeting Room; Fitness Room; Dry Sauna; ATM; Spa Concierge service help desk;

Good location to travel to both coasts. Great to have a bathroom in each bedroom when travelling with couples. The outdoor furniture is getting tired and should be replaced. The garage/play room gets very warm. Our trip with 4 couples was overall a good experience.

We had a great stay. There were 14 of us ( 8 adults and 6 children ) The house accommodated us comfortably and we especially loved the 4 Master suites.

The house was nice but needs updating. Some of the outdoor furniture needs replacing. A broken chair and some very dirty chaise lounges. The outside space needed to be cleaned there was potato chips and a cigar butt that were on the ground- perhaps it hadn’t been swept. 2 of the nights we were there our neighbors were very loud after 10 pm, when I called to complain I was told there was only one person at the front gate and they couldn’t leave, best to just call the police.
