This darling home is located in a beautiful and friendly community near lakes and the Shingle Creek Regional Park. Outdoor living is truly out of this world here! The screened lanai hosts an in-ground heated pool with its own spill-over pool spa. The pool area is safely fenced. There are four poolside loungers for you to work on your tan after a refreshing splash. Unwind with a refreshing beverage in the seating area on the patio and get ready for an entertaining evening!
When it comes to indoor living, the home is all about comfort and entertainment. The living area boasts a comfortable sofa right in front of a large smart TV with streaming services. This in addition to the high-speed WiFi will make streaming a breeze. The open kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials to whip up tasty treats. The extensive island is ideal to keep the chef company while cooking. The first floor of the home also features a private bedroom with a smart TV, a desk, and an en suite bathroom with a roomy shower.
Upstairs is the Marvel-themed in-home movie theatre with eight comfy theatre chairs and an enormous smart TV with a sound bar. There are four additional bedrooms on this level - one of them is a bunk room with Marvel-themed decor, making it ideal for the kiddos! All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

It was frustrating that I was not made aware that the entrance to the community off Bass Rd, does not allow non residents in the gate. There is a sign diverting people to Oren Brown Rd. The house was very spacious for our family of 8. I would suggest to have more towels & blankets available. The hot water takes a bit to come in especially in the kitchen & the upstairs bedroom to right of the stairs. The walls were slightly marked upstairs and carpet has some stains. The bedrooms with the bunk were a little warm. Maybe having portable or ceiling fans. The vent above the couch needs to be cleaned. Not sure why the ack porch light didn’t work but it wld have been nice if it did. This house is a nice big house just needs a couple of the things I mentioned. My fam and I just live a few hrs a away but for anyone that lives further esp those that fly in, a few of these things make a big difference. Just some things like detergent, more cooking & bake ware, board games, etc to make a home away fm home. Doesn’t have to be new just look new like, thrifting.

We had an amazing stay here during our Disney trip! The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed to make our visit comfortable. After long, fun days at the parks, it was so nice to come back to a cozy, relaxing space with plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved having their own space, and the adults enjoyed unwinding together in the evenings. This home made our Disney vacation even more special — highly recommend!

Overall the property is nice but the upstairs HVAC was not working and a service man came out twice and said everything was OK but it would be 80 degrees by mid morning and never drop until very late in the evening and never got to the set temp at 70. Also the garbage disposal smelled terrible and the property management didn't even acknowledge our request when we reported it. Finally there is no clear notice of how parking works or the laws about blocking sidewalks and towing is relentless and aggressive.
