My family and I enjoyed ourselves. The owner was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The house was nice.

The house was great and spacious for my family, my only issue was they didn’t provide extra toilet paper, trash bags or laundry detergent. I had to go out and buy it. You know with a family being in a house for an entire weekend, you will need more of these items and he didn’t provide them. That was my only issue other then that we had a great time!!

We had a wonderful weekend at this home. The host is incredible. The host was also flexible with check-in, which was extremely helpful since it was Christmas Eve. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay.
The only problem we had was that the heat was not properly working downstairs and it was cold inside throughout the night. Other than that, I would would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay.

Prior to our trip, I kept asking for the house layout. I should've known that when no one wanted to give it to me, that there would be a problem. The listing was wrong and we found that out when we arrived after a 12 hour flight. Quickly called the owner and Evolve and came to a compromise. Not terribly happy with the compromise but what are you going to do when you need to have housing for 10 people. Not going to leave and try to find another place to stay last minute.
We appreciate the early check in. House was spacious and nice and some of the furniture has been updated (and better) than the photos. The owner also texted during our stay to make sure everything was ok.
The floor was dusty. We are a no wear shoes in the house people and our feet were dirty from walking around. We had lots of problem with lack of hot water. So we had a lot of cold showers. Also had some problem with power outlets not working.
