I had to pay for an extra day as I put in the wrong start date , so turned up at 3 and they didn’t want to let me in even though they had had over 100 pounds for the day before . The pool was not open , beds were not very comfortable upstairs , tv in bedroom didn’t work . 3 clocks on the kitchen wall none of them worked

We enjoyed the property and the amenities for my family and great location

The apartment we had was absolutely disgusting wasn’t cleaned at all, the floors were sticky stained mattresses, missing floor boards in the living room, the sheets on all the beds were dingy, the bathrooms were nasty we found female hair in the shower hanging. We spent hundreds of dollars to deep clean the bathrooms to make the place suitable to stay. The furniture had covers on them but there were stains visible underneath. We purchased cleaning supplies, sheets for the bed and living rooms to be able to sit there. Also the agent we were in contact with (Linda) not the best at all. If you plan to stay I recommend asking for the real photos of places because the false advertisement was a HUGE problem. The pictures are not of the exact photos.
