La ubicación. En los últimos años alquilamos por esta zona.
La limpieza. La falta de elementos para cocinar. No había pava eléctrica. Microndas no funcionaba correctamente. No tenía cortinas en el living y se perdía la intimidad. En la Planta baja no bajaba el aire acondicionado.

There were a lot of fun activities in walking distance, the parks weren’t a far drive. The house was beautiful.
When you walk in it’s a very beautiful home however there are a few noticeable damages, the house looks very clean but my three year old found a pack of Tums and a Oreo cookie under the couch, there were even roaches. The property manager responds very quickly however they almost never followed through with what needed to be done. We were supposed to have a heated a pool for the 7 days we stayed there but it was only turned on for one day, every time we called we were told they wood send the pool guys out but they never did, we was told there are quite hours but every night there were loud parties.. we didn’t complain about this because people are on vacation however it shouldn’t say that if it was going to be enforced. The property manager even stop answering my friend calls. It was all handle very unprofessional from the moment they removed money from my friend account two weeks before scheduled date.
