The hot tub or spa is NOT hot. You have to pay 60 per night extra to have it hot. Was extremely disappointed in that. Also, the spa area would randomly drain and fill back up. Bedrooms were clean but very minimal blankets and sheets, for example king bed upstairs in one of the primary suites had a flat sheet and a very light thin satin quilt. Pillows were very flat and noticeable overused. Pool was large which is what we were looking for, since 7 of us were staying there. It was extremely cold, the kids didn’t mind but the adults did not swim for this reason. The outside seating was there, but definitely outdated and overused. The seats were sling chairs with fabric that sagged causing the metal to penetrate the back of your legs. Also the next door house is four feet away (literally) and their pool pump runs constantly! The humming noise is loud making it unpleasant and difficult to sit and enjoy the pool area since you have to shout to one another. If staying in the main floor primary suite you will hear this same noise throughout the night. Also, the neighbors sit on their pool patio and smoke cigars (constantly) which blows directly into your pool area. Not ideal if you don’t like smoke. The internet is terrible! No cable TV so you are reliant on internet to watch any apps on the Roku TVs that are in every room. Needless to say you were not able to watch TV. The WiFi name that is posted on the party door does not match any WiFi that is available in the house.
