It was a great stay. Easy check in and check out. The manager was easy to communicate with.

Prior to our trip, I kept asking for the house layout. I should've known that when no one wanted to give it to me, that there would be a problem. The listing was wrong and we found that out when we arrived after a 12 hour flight. Quickly called the owner and Evolve and came to a compromise. Not terribly happy with the compromise but what are you going to do when you need to have housing for 10 people. Not going to leave and try to find another place to stay last minute. We appreciate the early check in. House was spacious and nice and some of the furniture has been updated (and better) than the photos. The owner also texted during our stay to make sure everything was ok. The floor was dusty. We are a no wear shoes in the house people and our feet were dirty from walking around. We had lots of problem with lack of hot water. So we had a lot of cold showers. Also had some problem with power outlets not working.
