The house was nice and big. The staff was very responsive to our requests like changing the pool temperature. We thought we accidentally left some stuff behind and they kept us updated via text. Great communication.
The back patio door leading outside latch was broken. Notified them and they attempted to fix it right away but wasn't able to. Luckily, there's a locking latch for the sliding door leading to the patio so I felt safe.

The property was large enough for a family of 20 and wasn’t far from any popular Florida attractions. Pool and one toilet had problems and representatives responded quickly and were friendly.
There weren’t enough remotes to operate the TV’s throughout the house, luckily other remotes controlled most sets. The property could have been a little cleaner, walls and doors were dirty. Before leaving, I cleaned a few doors myself, you’re welcome!
