Very friendly and competent personnel. An employee was present at our arrival and gave us lots of information about not only the facilities, but also about the city. The facilities were exceptionally good: Very nicely furnished, safe available, excellent lighting, electric roller blinds, and even a USB socket for charging the phone.
During breakfast, another employee was at our disposal, preparing the coffee and providing us with the food that we ordered the evening before.
And there was no need to do the registration online: the employees took care of it at our arrival.
I really cannot complain about anything.
