A very comfortable base for an exploration of local history

The apartment is in the perfect location in the middle of the city with all possible comforts provided. It was lovely having someone to make breakfast for us each morning and she was so kind and accommodating of our needs. Mantova itself has so much to offer that we could easily have stayed for longer - so much history, so many great places to eat.

I can't think of anything that might have improved our stay.

The location was perfect. The accommodations were top notch. The host was incredibly inviting and helpful. The breakfast was everything one could imagine including eggs/coffee per you request along with great conversation. And there were even snacks for anytime day/night.

Comfy hotel featuring delicious local pastries for breakfast

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel with a perfect location, just 100 meters away from the main square, surrounded by nice restaurants. The room was bright and had a thoughtful design with a comfortable bed. It was also spotlessly clean and cozy. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, featuring delicious local pastries and specialties. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

The hotel provided an opportunity for a digital detox as the Wi-Fi was either non-existent or poor. It was not possible to connect more than one device, and watching videos or working was not possible

The location was ideal being right in the old city center and the breakfast was exceptional! There were snack food items available and there was almost no traffic noise. The room was modern and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and I would totally stay here again!

The guest assistent are extremely friendly and helpful!! Thus AAA+, even if we arrived late at night due to high traffic there was someone to open the door and to give us all needed informations! Bravo! The location is perfectly situated and really in the Center! You are there and can feel the impression of old Mantua The sleeping room is smal, surly <15sqm but this is absolutely no issue at all, the beds including the mattresses are really good, you will wake up relaxed! On the other side the doors are not soundproof, thus think about

Superb

A very clean and well designed room with a good and spacious bathroom. Federica, our host, was very friendly and accommodating with our time of arrival, we were able to access the room early and the instructions for parking were helpful - as was the advice for places to eat. Mantova itself was a real revelation and wish we’d had more time to spend here. The B&B is well located for exploring the historic centre and the surrounding lakes. We didn’t have breakfast, but Federica told us to help ourselves to coffee, which was much appreciated. A very good experience.

Superb B&B in the heart of Mantova

Everything! Excellent location in the very center of Mantova, walking distanceconly minutes away from all major attractions. Sparkling clean and brightly lit property, very well maintained and beautifully designed. Breakfast fresh and tasty, kitchen offers 24 hours of sweet delights, drinks, fresh fruits... just like home! Owner recommended many places for eating/drinking, with 10% discount. Staying at Academia 21 made our stay in Mantova a very enjoyable and delightful one. We ended up adding another night... Thank you, Federica!

E' stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo

Struttura molto carina e curata in ogni dettaglio. Posizione centralissima. La ragazza che ci ha preparato le colazioni è molto gentile, premurosa e riservata. Le sue uova strapazzate sono da 10 e lode. Torneremo molto volentieri!

Posizione a 100 Mt dal centro storico ma dentro ZTL, comunque parcheggi comodi a disposizione ma a pagamento. Camera confortevole e spaziosa, proprietaria molto accogliente e ospitalità curata nei dettagli. Colazione personalizzata e soprattutto con prodotti freschi e non confezionati. Prodotti frigo bar a disposizione gratuitamente. Consiglio vivamente.

Nel complesso mancherebbe solo l'aria condizionata, abbiamo dovuto tenere aperta la finestra per il caldo ma in questo caso abbiamo dovuto sopportare il ritiro dell'immondizia e la pulizia della strada nelle primissime ore della mattinata. Peccato.

Ottima posizione per visitare Mantova

Ottima la posizione, in pieno centro storico. (ZTL). Siamo stati accolti dai precisi consigli di Federica sul parcheggio ( diverse possibilità per parcheggiare a pagamento o gratuite; noi abbiamo optato per il parcheggio di Campo Canoa che è collegato al centro ogni 10 minuti da una navetta gratuita) o su dove acquistare i prodotti mantovani. Buona la colazione ( abbiamo potuto ordinare quello che desideravamo). Il wifi era perfettamente funzionante.

La camera che occupavamo (matrimoniale) dava praticamente sul muro della casa di fronte. La prima mattina, avendo lasciato la finestra aperta, siamo stati svegliati dal tubare dei piccioni che avevano fatto il nido poco sopra, essendo la camera ben insonorizzata chiudendo la finestra il fastidio dei piccioni svaniva.

Sehr schönes Zimmer in zentraler Lage

Sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft in sehr zentraler Lage in der Altstadt. Sehr nettes Personal und leckeres Frühstück am morgen.

Leider ist das wifi überhaupt nicht nutzbar. Soweit nicht sehr schlimm aber das normale Handynetz hatte auch kein Empfang. Für Urlaubsplanung für spontan Reisende daher sehr ungünstig. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und leider wurde nur das Bett am nächsten Tag gemacht und nicht das Bad.

Etablissement idéalement situé. Accueil très chaleureux. Petit déjeuner variés et plus que copieux, de surcroit servis par un membre de personnel très aimable. Chambre et salle de bain irréprochable tant par la propreté, le confort et les équipements. A recommander.
