The website said there was parking included for a fee. This was not the case as I was charged for parking and told to use a permit that they gave me and to find my own parking spot, being in the center of the city this was difficult. Luckily I found a spot reasonably close to the hotel so I could manage my luggage

Right on the nicest piazza in Mantova, you couldn’t be more central. My room was clean and comfortable, with a huge bed, and the en-suite was well equipped and spotless. Breakfast was everything you would want, and the staff were efficient and friendly. There was an enormous choice of restaurants/cafes nearby and I would certainly stay here again.

We had a great stay, the location is wonderful. We had a room overlooking the Piazza but it also came with the obvious noise, the cleaners start work in the Piazza starts at 5am :-) The Hotel does have charm and the staff were helpful in choosing a great restaurant. Breakfast was restricted because of the current conditions but good all the same.
