A fabulous, huge room, on top of a tower with historic frescoes, access to a top garden with incredible views. Personal attention.

Two things are outstanding: location and friendliness of the owner/manager. The place is right in front of the major attraction in town and very close to the pier where you take the sightseeing boats. And the owner/manager goes out of his way to help you. Extremely nice.
Maybe breakfast. They have an agreement with a next-door bar, where neither food nor staff were up to the task.

The location, sense of history, space
It did get very hot as it is south facing and faces the sun all day. Although there is some air conditioning I felt reluctant to use it much as it is a huge room. Because of this it doesn’t really cool the tucked away bedroom area.
I think a fan for nighttime might be a good option
$$$$
