Very close to the beach, shop and restaurant. Old town is 40-50min walk away. Nice kitchen if you want to cook by yourself. AC works great.

The bathroom could use some renovation, very stifling despite small window, smells old pipes. Lots of mosquitos, better equip yourself with raid or sth.

The hosts are very kind and helpful / The accommodation is clean and well equipped for a short stay / Calm environment / The beach, the supermarket and the bus stop are all very close / Good wifi connection / Terrace in front of the accommodation / The old town of Zadar is within walkable distance, it takes about half an hour, the walk is pleasant along the seaside and taking the boat to the old town at Barka café saves some time

The buses to Zadar are rare / The room has a window with frosted glass panes - since my accommodation was on the ground floor, this is practical for privacy but there is view

Perfect retreat

Perfect location 5 min away from the beach, supermarket and two very nice restaurants (one was even recommended by a guide during the Zadar walking tour) and very easy to get to Zadar old town. Really nice and friendly hosts! I was working remotely and during the week wifi was quite good

Very nice owners, calm place/street, supermarket in front of the house, one good restaurant near by.

There is no sea view, as described. No big towels, nor shampoo. 30 minutes walk from the city center. Check out too early at 10 am. Payments just in cash.

Дуже близько до пляжа, поруч є супермаркет,ресторан, автоб.зупинка. Господарі дуже приємні, живуть на першому поверці будинку,тому завжди можна до них звернутися. Є місця для авто у дворі. Ми залишилися задоволенні

Soggiorno deludente con amiche

Posizionata a 600 metri da una spiaggia di ciottoli senza possibilità di affittare ombrelloni(solo sedie sdraio) A pochi passi da fermata del bus e mini market/ ristorante di cui però non abbiamo usufruito. Sala dotata di aria condizionata in cui era posizionato divano letto, la camera da letto ne era sprovvista.

Foto su sito non corrispondenti alla realtà. Pulizia mediocre(la cappa della cucina con uno strato di grasso e polvere probabilmente mai pulita) Bollitore e Tostiera sporchi. Mancanza di teli bagno, avevamo solo tante piccole tovagliette per viso. Mancanza di prodotti da bagno(pur essendo specificato in descrizione) Carta igienica fornita due rotoli per 4 giorni per 3 persone. Sapone mani aperto e non sufficiente. Personale invadente: siamo state riprese per aver aperto la finestra contemporaneamente all utilizzo dell aria condizionata, specificando che “i vicini di casa”si erano lamentati a riguardo. La proprietaria che voleva fornirci ulteriore materiale per i letti(il divano letto non era stato sistemato al nostro arrivo) è entrata prepotentemente dentro casa per posizionare una trapunta(in pieno luglio con 30 gradi) Al check out previsto per le 10 in punto, ha bussato la nostra porta mettendo fretta precisamente alle 9:30. Dulcis in fundo il sistema fognario non funzionante a dovere, per due mattine di fila ci siamo ritrovate escrementi e melma nel Wc. A tal proposito anche nel lavandino l acqua defluiva con difficoltà.
