About this villa rental
Come and enjoy the charms of Benidorm in a completely independent and private villa.
Plunge into the blue of the swimming pool (heated from October to April for an extra charge) or have lunch on the terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea.
You will stay in a modern, air-conditioned and carefully decorated house.
This villa is composed of 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shampoo, shower gel and soap dispensers, a large living room with ENGLISH, FRENCH AND SPANISH TV with a fully equipped American kitchen, a terrace, a private swimming pool surrounded by an exotic garden and its Jacuzzi (extra charge), a barbecue equipped with plancha, a petanque court, outdoor darts games and its outdoor terrace. Also from the solarium, you can admire magnificent sea views and the bay of San Juan de Alicante and relax in the sun: lazing around is guaranteed.
The rooms on the upper floor have their own private terrace from which you can enjoy privileged moments in complete tranquillity and privacy facing the sea. You will be enchanted by the sea views from the terraces, the interior of the villa, the kitchen and the solarium.
Satellite TV and Wifi are at your disposal.
The whole villa is air-conditioned with fans in every room.
All the comfort has been thought to make your stay pleasant, with family or friends in a warm and intimate setting.

Just a group of friends having a weekend in the sun. This villa was lovely, lots to do, clean and the host was spot on. He really did look after us, booking taxis for our group in to Benidorm from the villa (15 mins each way) and was on hand for any query we had. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic! Perfect villa and tremendous host!
We were a party of 12 and it was the perfect size with all the facilities you need! Plenty of space.
Taxi ride to the town / shops which the host arranged, he was great. Always there when needed and even left us a welcome package!

A group of 14 of went for a stag do and the house and location was perfect.A big shout out to the owner Kev, who was on hand with any answers to questions and booked us any taxis we needed - would 100 percent tell people to stay here!

The villa is incredible and maintained to a high standard. The area is nice and peaceful but not too far to venture into Benidorm for the beach and nightlife. I have just celebrated my hen weekend, having use of the villa and facilities together with a private pool made the weekend perfect! Sarah is a brilliant host, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We were in communication before the trip which made our arrival so much easier. Sarah had got us some shopping in and booked all of our taxis and airport shuttles for us. When we arrived we were met with a bottle of fizz and some hen party banners! I would highly recommend dealing with Sarah and staying in this villa! I will definitely be returning!Sarah, thank you for making my hen party so memorable, Jody x
