Villa with sea and mountain view in a very residential area. Very popular area for the calm of the district and the proximity of the centers of interest: shopping center, supermarket, beaches, restaurants, nightlife, amusement parks and also the highway 2 minutes away.

The villa is located on the heights of Benidorm with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Very modern villa decorated with care.

Outside You can enjoy the large L-shaped swimming pool and its magnificent views of the sea and the piñon, sun loungers for rest and plancha and barbecue to share good moments of conviviality around a good barbecue.

We stayed here for a hen do and it was perfect! The villa was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed especially the amazing pool and outdoor area. Great location too, close to the nightlife but still private. The host kevin was fantastic, the place was gorgeous, and we were even welcomed with drinks at the start of our stay. Would definitely book again!

What a lovely villa if you want somewhere that is big, clean and has brilliant facilities The villa is clean, well sized and has everything you need, the hot tub being an added bonus. The host Kevin was helpful from the moment we booked until we checked out. He couldn’t have been more helpful to us and answered every question we had pre arrival and also whilst we were there. I would recommend this villa to anyone and perfect for groups or families. We will definitely come back to this villa the next time we visit, and if you are a golfer, this is a prime location to both the golf course and the town.

The villa is beautiful- exactly like the pictures! Spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. A group of 13 of us visited for my cousin’s hen weekend and it was just perfect! Kevin was so accommodating throughout our full trip, allowing us early check in/late check out to work around our flight times. Transfers to and from the airport were also arranged. Communication was great throughout the weekend - Kevin responded to all queries very quickly, and booked us multiple taxis throughout our stay. Around 20 taxi to Benidorm centre. The villa isn’t within walking distance of shops, however there are multiple supermarkets and restaurants a 5 min drive away. Would highly recommend staying here!

This villa is absolutely top notch, spotlessly clean, just stunning, I can't put into words how beautiful it is.. The host Kevin is amazing, nothing is too much trouble, he let us check in early and check out late and was so helpful with everything.. Highly recommend this villa..

This villa is amazing! Clean, spacious and really well equipped. The views from the first floor are great but take yourself to the next floor, where the bedrooms are and the views are absolutely stunning! We were a group of 12 ladies and there was plenty of space for us all. The outside space was brilliant, with enough sun loungers and tables & chairs for alfresco dining. Showering and hand towels were provided together with hand wash and shower gel in all the bathrooms. I communicated with Kevin, the villa host, on numerous occasions and he was very responsive, respectful and very accommodating with various requests I had. The bedrooms were really spacious and there’s a charcoal BBQ, pool table, dart board and ping pong table for you to use. The hot tub was lovely to use too… Off road parking is available and taxis to Benidorm were on average 20 euros one way. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa for larger groups of people. Thank you for letting us stay!! 😊

Amazing pool and games roo. Which made for a great family stay. Three large upstairs ensuite bedrooms. Ground floor one quite isolated from other bedrooms and dark as no windows but perfectly good. We liked the location as we always planned to spend most days around the pool and a few evening in but you ideally need a car if looking to be out and about more as taxis about 20 euros one way to benidorm
