Pleasant and seamless stay:)

Nice, spacious, & quiet place. Breakfast was great. Staff will refill your water bottle with ice when you ask. Cleaning service was also nice.

Best money/value place to stay in Paraty

Everything was perfect: amazing breakfast with several options (including fresh local fruits and tapioca), super-friendly staff, clean rooms, air-condition and small fridge in the room, spacious parking lot

the wifi did not work in the room but in the common area it was okay, so we could even work from there

Not bad, not very good. A bit disappointing...

- Spacious, clean room - Nice breakfast

- The WiFi / internet is terrible. There is often no signal at all and if there is anything, the speed is less than 1Mb/s. Staff states it's bad everywhere in town, but that is simply not true as internet speed at restaurants and cafés etc.was fine. - Rooms are quite noisy. I could hear people talking which were two rooms away. The TV in the lobby was quite loud and could be heard in the room around midnight. - The room lack attention for detail and is not very good value for money, E.g. no shelf or cupboard next to each side of the bed; no sockets in the room except for the bathroom; the sheet covering the matress is too small so it won't stay put.

Pleasant, comfortable and exceed our expectations.

Staff was attentive and friendly, making their best to let us feel comfortable. They gave us directions and helped with stuff for our nights in the room. I'd definitely return to stay with them again.

Equipe fantástica e solicita! A pousada fica perto do centro histórico (+ou- 1km). Simples mas muito confortável. Tivemos um probleminha no banheiro que foi rapidamente resolvido. O café da manhã é bem gostoso, tudo bem fresco e saboroso. Eu voltaria e recomendo a todos

Muito boa experiência em Paraty

Ótima estrutura e atendimento sempre simpático na recepção. Tem opções de comida próximas muito boas também, como o trailer do Alemão, a cervejaria Cabore, as empanadas… tudo muito limpo e organizado. O estacionamento disponível também é uma conveniência importante.

Que choveu todos os dias, mas isso não é culpa da pousada, hahahah. Ao contrário, dá pra ficar relaxando na piscina quando não for sair pra rua….

Ótima localização.

O ambiente é totalmente pensado visando o conforto de quem utiliza as instalações. É possível ir no Centro Histórico andando. Os funcionários são gentis, o café servido pela manhã é excelente, com muita variedade e a limpeza é impecável. Além disso, o anfitrião (desculpe, não recordo o nome) nos deu algumas dicas bem interessantes sobre passeios na região.

Estadia ok, pode melhorar na limpeza correta da piscina e melhor posicionamento dos móveis do quarto

Colaboradores bem educados e receptivos. A pousada em si é pequena e bem organizada. O café da manhã é bem completo, superou as expectativas.

O quarto não ficou à contento. Apesar de ter varanda de frente para a piscina, era impossível abrir a porta-balcão e ter acesso para mesma, porque os móveis do quarto estavam mal posicionados, uma das camas de solteiro impedia tal abertura. Além disso, a piscina não era limpa corretamente. No total foram 09 dias de hospedagem, sendo que neste período não choveu, mas a água da piscina estava turva 24h por dia (aspecto de suja, a área da piscina não tinha cheiro de cloro - como o de costume nesses ambientes). Fizemos questão de reservar uma pousada com piscina para aproveitarmos e termos opção além das praias, mas infelizmente, nenhum dos dias isso foi possível devido a ausência de limpeza correta da piscina.
