Don’t waste your money, or time, in this place!

Nothing!

The property wasn’t well maintained and dirty. The kitchen area was a disaster, the stairs that led to my room were not up to code and were dangerous. The door to the room was tucked and you needed a lot of strength to open it. The windows in the room wouldn’t close properly. The air conditioning made a terrible noise. The appliances were old, the bathroom wasn’t very cleaned. I left and looked for a different place to stay. I asked for a refund on the same second I was leaving, since what I paid for and what the host was offering were completely different and the host said they would refund me my money. In comes a two weeks lie from the host saying booking.com was refusing to speak to them. I called booking.com myself and was informed that it was the host who wouldn’t answer their contact. After back and forth with booking (the costumer service attendant was extremely helpful by the way) I was only refunded half of my money, because the host said they couldn’t rent the room to some else (even though she would have been able to do so had she processed my refund immediately, what was pointed out by the booking attendant. In other words, terrible place! Run away, fast!

Hostel is good and safe but more improvement needed

Quiet, safe, leafy green area of Paraty, 15 minute walk to the bus station or historical centre. Large supermarket under 10 minute walk away. Room and private bathroom good. Room size great and all staff/people who worked on site very friendly and welcoming.

No check in instructions provided (no response on WhatsApp for an hour, wandered in and someone got the owner for us). Bed sheet was not the correct size for bed, it kept coming off and we were sleeping on the dirty mattress. The kitchen felt poorly equipped, couldn't find basic utensils. There were small amounts of construction work in the yard ( did not disturb us). Layout of the communal areas felt weird, almost as if they were redecorating or renovating the hostel.

A Gabi e a Ana foram muito receptivas, nos deixaram muito à vontade e realizaram um excelente acolhimento. O Enzo é uma graça também, ficamos encantados com ele. As meninas ofereciam limpeza do quarto diariamente, estava tudo bem limpo. Em relação a custo benefício, valeu a pena.

O quarto é um pouco pequeno, e o ar-condicionado fica abaixo da janela em direção a cama, dificultando o seu uso, pois fica batendo ar frio nas costas quando estávamos deitados. O banheiro é bem pequeno tbm. A piscina é bem pequena e falta acabamento nas laterais (está no cimento ainda) ... Poderiam melhorar essa aérea e valorizar a pousada. Os apontamentos são apenas para melhoria do serviço.

Propaganda enganosa

Quarto e banheiro razoavelmente limpos, no que diz respeito ao piso. Alguns lençóis, fronhas, toalhas amareladas e puídas, porém sem odor. TV boa (som, imagem)

No teto havia uma teia de aranha enorme. Frigobar sem prateleira. Ferrugem extrema no porta toalha fixado a parede. Cozinha compartilhada com forno elétrico da enferrujado. Não tivemos coragem de usar. Micro-ondas quebrado. Quando citamos que tiraríamos fotos, removeram ambos rapidamente. Posteriormente a proprietária entrou em contato para dizer que o micro-ondas havia queimado devido a uma queda de energia ocorrida há dias atrás. Entendemos que, em se tratando de algo para uso em uma pousada e ainda mais no mês de janeiro, o mesmo deveria ser substituído imediatamente! Ao contrário, o deixaram exposto como se em bom funcionamento se encontrasse, induzindo alguns dos hóspedes a crerem nisso, fazendo com que a pergunta fosse repetida por um ou outro quando a procura para aquecer algo. Tal conduta totalmente inapropriada, para não dizer outra coisa. Existe um espaço com um vão preenchido com litros de água que eles chamam de piscina. Se assemelha a uma piscina para adestramento de pets. Uma pessoa com cerca de 1.70, 1.80 deve conseguir, no máximo, dar duas braçadas e ja conseguir chegar ao outro lado. Sem contar o péssimo acabamento, conforme fotos. Não compreendemos como ainda obteve tal pontuação no total, o que leva muitas pessoas que esperam se acomodar em algo condizente com o que veem nas fotos postadas. A única resposta encontrada é a de que, para muitos, infelizmente, basta uma cama, um chuveiro e uma tv; o restante, pouco importa

Chuveiro quente, banheiro com bom espaço, ar condicionado, frigobar, cama confortável, roupa de cama limpinha e cheirosa, piscina refrescante, estacionamento fácil e cozinha compartilhada disponível para ficar a vontade!! Gabi foi muito prestativa e nos deu muitas dicas valiosas! Localização ótima, fizemos absolutamente tudo a pé: praia, centro histórico, mercado, rodoviária...

Simples e agradável a limpeza muito boa roupas de cama bem cheirosinhas. A televisão funciona sem precisar chamar ninguém kkkk. Como observação, somente o contatos a noite com um funcionário qualquer não foi possível, poderia melhorar e também a questão do portão pra sair e entrar a noite é um cadeado com corrente é bem chato pra abrir e fechar principalmente se estiver chovendo e uma outra sugestão talvez uma lista no quarto com opções de delivery de lanches seria bem útil, mas são apenas observações e sugestões que não desabonam em nada o local. Eu me hospedaria novamente com certeza. RECOMENDO!!!

Péssima pousada! Apropriou de um lençol esquecido.

De Paraty em si.

A recepção é péssima. Esqueci um lençol de cama no quarto, e não obtivemos resposta dos responsáveis pela pousada quando alertei que iria buscar. Ao voltarmos pessoalmente na pousada, havia uma pessoa muito grosseira colocando dificuldades para devolver o lençol, inclusive não devolveu. Após uma hora de espera, fomos embora chateados pela situação.

O quarto estava bem limpinho, tv com vários streamings disponíveis e pudemos utilizar a cozinha.

Percebe-se pelos detalhes que a pousada está em reforma ou foi ativada / reativada a pouco tempo. Frigobar com ferrugem, tomadas desencapadas, ar condicionado velho não dando vazão, quintal / estacionamento cheio de mato, não havendo um espaço fora do quarto confortável para ficar!

A localização é bacana cerca de 20 minutos do centro andando normal.Bom chuveiro, silêncio e área externa, cama macia apesar de uma aparência esquisita do quarto número 2 onde fiquei .Você chega e não acha ninguém, mas, atenderam prontamente no whatsapp e responderam de forma eficaz.

Desde o primeiro contato com a pousada, fomos bem atendidos. Por uma necessidade de realizar check-in mais tarde, entrei em contato com a Kátia - que foi super atenciosa - explicando a situação e ela me sinalizou que precisaria realizar o self check in. Mandou todo o passo a passo, bem detalhado e explicado. Ao chegar na pousada, conseguimos realizar o check in com sucesso. Durante nossa estadia, ficamos em dois quartos diferentes e ambos maravilhosos. O primeiro quarto era no padrão hotel (cama, frigobar, etc). Já o segundo, era studio; hiper completo (cafeteira, copos, talheres, pratos, microondas, frigideira, etc). Ambos bem organizados e limpos! A Josi - funcionária da pousada - super atenciosa e prestativa. A pousada ainda conta com uma cozinha compartilhada que também é toda equipada. Toda a equipe é cortês, atenciosa e pensa sempre no bem estar e boa estadia do hóspede. Vale ressaltar a boa localização da pousada. Próxima de mercados, padarias, farmácias e a 15 minutos de caminhada do centro histórico. Perfeita para quem quer se deliciar com as cachaças de Paraty, mas sem se preocupar com o motorista da rodada. Além disso tudo, a pousada tem valores acessíveis de diárias. Melhor custo benefício que esse não há. Enfim, super recomendo a pousada e não vejo a hora de voltar!

Adorei a pousada ambiente bem familiar logo de cara fomos recepcionados pela Josi que foi super atenciosa e a gatinha Sabrina 🥰 Amei o quarto pois estava todo equipado o que me fez vontade de retornar com os meus filhos. Vão sem medo um lugar pra quem busca paz super aconchegante e hospitaleiro. Amei ficamos com vontade de voltar várias vezes.
