Very disappointing stay.

Location is good.

The breakfast we paid for and which was included in the booking summary wasn’t provided. The door lock wasn’t working so we couldn’t leave the property. We tried to contact the property several times but simply no answer. We booked two nights but left after just one night. We request a full refund.

Tout! Logement propre, bien placé, spacieux, climatisé, bien équipé. Un grand merci au personnel au petit soin avec nous, livraison du petit déjeuner à notre porte le matin, nous pouvions même leur préciser nos préférences alimentaires.

Achei simplesmente maravilhoso as acomodações, lá tinha tudo o que eu precisava. Localização perto das praias e perto do centro Histórico de Paraty. Wi-fi, ar condicionado e muito mais.. Café da manhã espetacular. Os funcionários respeitam o nosso espaço e não há interferência em nada. Com toda certeza voltaremos ainda esse ano para Paraty e ficaremos nesse mesmo local de hospedagem.

É uma boa pousada, mas tem pontos a melhorar.

O café foi servido na pousada, estava ótimo, com opções de pães, bolos, ovos mexidos, café e sucos.

O banheiro tem um problema de retorno de cheiro de esgoto sempre que o quarto de cima usa o banheiro. E a descarga vaza água sempre que é usada.

Falta de varal, um varal de chão já seria o suficiente . A Kátia e a Gabrielly são muito atenciosas e educadas. O café foi servido no quarto, o que achei ótimo.

Péssima experiência.

Apenas da recepcionista.

Praticamente tudo. A primeira instalação tinha uma cama quebrada, formigas e cortina no banheiro. Quando reclamei nos acomodaram em um quarto melhor, mas ainda muito ruim. Paguei R$ 680,00, um valor absurdo para o que foi oferecido. O anúncio informava café da manhã incluído, mas não tinha e para nos atender/ajudar, a recepcionista nos pediu para tomar café em um hotel próximo. Enfim, tentei contato com a Booking para reclamar ou solicitar estorno e não consegui, o jeito foi permanecer pois eu estava há 4:30HS da minha casa e com uma criança. Foi extremamente decepcionante, um verdadeiro desrespeito!
