Great location with some issues

+ The location is good: in a walking distance to historic centre, bus terminal, shops, + The owner is friendly and easy-going, + Mattress is really comfortable, + There is a white, curious cat living upstairs, that visited us from time to time :)

From the photos it seems there are multiple rental flats, so this review only corresponds to number 2: - The place has a lot of gaps between walls and ceiling, so it's not isolated enough. The street or party noise, humidity and a lot of mosquitos can enter... - It was a bit dirty, like top of the fridge, kitchen utensils, - Dining table and chairs are made out of plastic, - The address in Booking is not accurate.

Paraty has many things to do and we really enjoyed the stay at Jose’s flat.

The flat was very calm and we could relax. We had all necessary to cook and the location was great.

The location! Right in town and was super easy to park our car! It was clean, had enough space for both of us and was comfortable. Host was really nice. Wifi worked fine.

Ottimo compromesso tra posizione centrale e quartiere tranquillo lontano dal trambusto. Mi sono trovato molto bene e mi sono sentito come se fossi veramente un residente Brasiliano. L’appartamento è dotato di praticamente tutti i comfort necessari per passare una settimana o anche di più a Paraty. Il proprietario si è rivelato molto attento a venire incontro a tutte le mie richeste, non avrei potuto ricevere assistenza migliore.

Todos os administradores / donos, Ricardo e Dani , são excelentes pessoas e muito educados, nos atenderam a todo momento e prestaram todas as informações. A acomodação em que ficamos estava muito organizada e limpa , o local é próximo à rodoviária ao centro histórico e as praias, também com condução passando bem perto. O Carnaval de Paraty muito bom , organizado , bem policiado e sem confusões. Nota mil para tudo.

....de ter ficado pouco tempo...se pudesse ficaria mais...em 2027 pretendemos voltar e , ficar acomodado nas mesmas instalações...

Ótima hospedagem! Casa equipada, confortável e bem localizada, perto do centro e do comércio. No geral, foi tudo perfeito e me senti segura no local. O Sr. José e sua irmã, Dani, foram muito gentis, simpáticos e flexíveis com nosso check-in e check-out. Super recomendo!

O único ponto é o chuveiro, que é um pouco fraco, o que faz a gente passar mais tempo nele, mas isso é apenas um detalhe.

A localização era ótima, nos surpreendemos com a facilidade de chegar ao centro histórico e era um dos poucos lugares próximos no qual o carro não pagava pelo rotativo. O quarto tem uma cozinha MUITOOO equipada, amamos! A Dani, anfitriã, foi muito solicita sempre que precisamos.

Apenas um dos travesseiros, mas nada que atrapalhou nosso sono.

Gostei da recepção tanto pessoal da Dani e o CTT pelo zapp com seu José, me deram várias dicas a acomodação é bem próxima ao centro histórico e a rodoviária.

Eu gostei de tudo a acomodação é bem simples, o que pra mim foi perfeito diante da minha pouca grana fiz Minha própria comida. Tudo que precisava tinha na casa. Eu amei.

De TUDO! Excelente localização e ótimo custo benefício. A casa está suuuuper limpa !! E tudo com cheirinho de amaciante. Além de super funcional!! Estreamos a Air fryer, além desse eletrodoméstico, a casa conta com sanduicheira, cafeteira, fogão e geladeira. Wi-fi, coberta quentinha, ar condicionado, chuveiro quente... Ou seja, tudo que a gente precisa para ser feliz!! Não quero mais ficar em outro lugar quando for para Paraty! Super recomendo!

Lugar simples e prático

O lugar é muito perto do centro histórico e estava perfeitamente limpo quando cheguei. A cozinha é bem equipada, há um ventilador no quarto, o chuveiro elétrico basta para o clima de Paraty. José foi atencioso e gentil na troca de mensagens, disponível para ajudar.

Do meu quarto não era possível ter a vista do rio, acredito que apenas da outra varanda. Mas esse detalhe não comprometeu em nada a estadia, que recomendo com satisfação.

A casa fica em um terreno com mais casinhas, são simples , mas com quarto,cozinha equipada, banheiro, geladeira, ferro de passar, fica no centro, a 700 metros do centro histórico pelo canal ou uns 15 minutos vendo as lojinha do centro, lugar simples mas bem seguro e muitooo próx da rodoviária o que ajuda a pegar os ônibus para as praias, perfeito!!!

Nada que não tenhamos gostado, foram 4 noites com o ventilador do quarto no max, bem silêncio e noites de.sono bem dormidas!
