Great location with fantastic sea view, lovely breakfasts with negotiated times to suit us, clear communication from owners prior to stay
Total value for money and warm & cosy throughout our stay.
The rooms aren't soundproof so there was some noise from people above in the early morning.
The beautiful double room downstairs is not joined to the bathroom and getting up during the night the door squeaked which woke others

The breakfast done by Carl was super.. Breakfast choices are excellent too. Bed is comfortable. Close proximity to the ferry terminal is a plus.
Bathroom although private, it is located outside the room. Room is on street level but luckily very few people walk pass.
