I remembered the breakfast as being particularly good on past occasions but I got down a bit late his time and food was a bit dry. Evening meal (Poke Bowl) was very good and I was looked after well even though restaurant v busy.

Disappointed in my room. Felt it was small for a double and I do pay extra for single occupancy. No view except onto other rooms which made it feel more claustrophobic. Nowhere in bathroom to put wash bag. But it was all beautifully clean.

I didn't have dinner at the hotel but I did have breakfast. I was working very earlier and was surprised that they start breakfast as early as 5am which was a real bonus. It was continental but a good choice. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Hotel was clean but room was really small and expensive for what you get

Where do I start... - SUPERIOR price tag with budget hotel amenities - bathroom fan screamed for roughly 5 mins everytime you turned the light on - carpet in room was stained and gross looking - tea and coffee supplies where all stuffed inside the cups so had to just tip them out to use a cup (unsightly) - bedroom was literally in line with office windows about 2/ 3 metres from eachother - mattresses where extremely soft (which leads us to think they must be old, we where not barve enough to look at them) - pillows were flat as sin - duvet that was on bed was too small for the size of it - blanket provided in cupboard smelt old and damp - hairdryer in room was older than me and clearly had been burnt by use. (Did not dare to use) - there were barely any plugs in room - kettle sat directly infront of one plug, which ultimately led to my friend burning her hand at one point - towels were basically the size of a postage stamp - one bedsheet had multiple stain dots. Looked almost like ink blodges - signage in the hallways are confusing and its like a maze. Everything looks the same!! - paid £462.17 for 2 twin rooms, no breakfast included. (Extortionate) Honestly was shocked at how bad it was tbh. Had stayed in a different hotel the previous night, for nearly half the price and was 100× better. Think you need to consider changing your pricing to what your providing, not where your situated. Embarrassing.

Staff were excellent.

The water was cold. The ironing board was difficult to use and put away. The bed sheets were sort of cheap. The tweed accessories were totally pointless. The room was really noisy (floor 2, rm 68).

The reception and restaurant staff were exceptional. The restaurant was managed and run by young people; they were really nice and cheerful and it was a really smoothly run operation. Chicken kebab was excellent; really hot and tasty. Room clean and comfortable.

Price for room a little high; if staying longer than overnight I would have wanted a room that was a bit better located in the hotel.

Quality of bedroom furniture & furnishings……..very dated . Carpet needed a good scrub, foosty smell .

Convenient location

Room had no ventilation or window. This was not indicated on the Booking.com room description. No electrical outlet next to bed — the room description said there was. The breakfast was the worst I’ve seen in Scotland. The room price was ridiculously high for such low quality. Worst lodging on the Outer Hebrides.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and great value for money.

Tiny hot room withe the kitchens huge extractor fan outlet positioned directly outside of my window - noise day and night from the extractor.

No air conditioning in summer time. Extremely hot. Could not sleep. Room not ready on arrival at 1430.

Large family room. Really nice check in staff. Perfect location for shops. Ample parking facilities.

The main restaurant had wooden floors and wooden tables which made it extremely noisy. It had all the ambience of a school dining hall. And it being largely self service, even for evening meals, it felt like it too.

Room warm clean and comfortable.

I booked the room back in 2024 and expected a doble room with windows and view, but instead the room had skylights. We were offered another room on a lower floor with twin beds and windows. The room however had windows that looked at a wall and enclosure that pigeons would like to sit.

dinner was good and a buffet. Room was clean, bathroom new fittings and clean and wifi was decent.

my room had no windows just a roof window light, so although plenty of natural daylight, I was a bit worried about a window escape that would be impossible if there was to be a fire. That been said there were clearly new smoke and heat sensors on the ceiling, and I was only there for one night so acceptable.

Very convenient location for a very early morning ferry! Food in the restaurant was very tasty. Very friendly & accommodating staff.

Soulless modern drab building. Box bedrooms. Awful prevailing odour throughout. Not at all value for money given they have the nerve to charge £200 a night for a feeble room in Dismal surroundings.
