The location is excellent, the apartment is spacious.

1. The apartment is not easy to find. Directions were provided, but a precise map location would be helpful. It was also very confusing - the addresses listed on Booking.com, in the instructions of the renral company and in the company's messages were all different 2. The parking is NOT immeduately at the apartment. THIS was NOT clear from the instructions and was NOT communicated either duting booking or in the instructions. We were very lucky the spot where we parked was available. Turns out it belonged to another unit - so we were informed by neighbors. I had to find out where to park via additional messages, and the actual parking spot was difficult to find. We were again lucky unit owner's brother saw us arrive. He pointed us to the actual parking spot. Very confusing 3. When we arrived late at nighr, there was no hot water. I messaged the rental company and a service technician arrived in the morning. By that time hot water WAS available, he suggested I turned the faucet in the wrong direction (which was not the case). Thought the issue was resolved, but a bit later, after two people took a shower (there were 4 of us), there was no hot water again.... Towards the end of the day there was hot water again. 4. There was construction in a unit above all three days. It was LOUD!! We were not informed this would be the case. One of us had to stay in the apartment during day hours - the noise waa quite bothersome. We should have been warned. 5. Booking and payment process turned out to be terrible. I use Booking.com often. Usually booking and payment is easy and convenient. In this case, reserving and providing credit card info on Booking was not enough. Turned out there was another process for payment. The system did not work well - after copleting the payment, I kept seeing a message that I am yet to pay. Was told the system was upgraded and there were issues.
