Great place to stay

This is a great location, just a block from the Riva and lots of shops and restaurants. Check in was easy and I was able to enjoy sitting on the outdoor patio and enjoy some down time before dinner. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Coffee was provided, which was appreciated as I had to leave before breakfast to catch my ferry to Venice. I would stay here again.

A perfect place to stay once we arrived on the ferry. Very clean room. The breakfast was superb … loads of choice, beautifully laid out. Absolutely excellent, especially given the price for the accommodation.

Really close to the ferry, which is how we arrived. Comfortable beds and great air conditioning.

Brilliant stay in the centre of Porec with lush brekkie

Amazing from start to finish. The welcome we got, even though it was late, was lovely- we even got a food recommendation! The owner is so lovely and kind, he booked us a taxi the next day when we couldn’t get an Uber and was generally friendly and informative about Croatia! Breakfast was also delicious!

A beautiful and convenient place close to the waterfront and old town

So, we actually didn’t stay at Villa Hasi but another property run by the same people just a few metres away. Villa Hasi was undergoing renovations and so they offered us a night in their recently renovated property called Golden Key. It was still an old building but beautifully restored and decorated. The owners Krešimir and Sanjica were delightful and eager to make sure everything was perfect. The room was large and beautiful and quiet with the best shower and super comfortable bed. They included a delicious buffet breakfast in the price that was very welcome before we set off for Split. The old town of Poreç itself is lovely and well worth a visit. Next time we will stay longer! 10/10 from us for the Golden Key Hotel!

A brilliant welcome to Croatia for us!

Friendly, helpful welcoming staff, Zajko. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Zajko even recommended an excellent restaurant next door where we had amazing seafood. Breakfast the next door was outstanding. Great selection of things.

Only stay if you got too much money

Relatively spacious. Location is great - one minute to the bus station and five to the central square. Bed was comfortable. Air con great. There was a communal patio to sit outside.

The floor was dirty with a lot of fluffs and hair, so was the shower. There were some small bugs hanging around. The wall was too thin - we could hear the conversation and more from the next door guests. The bathroom smelled a bit mouldy. This place needs a deep clean. The member of staff was surprised when we turned up even though he should have know our arrival time. A shop assistant nearby had to ring him to get him open the gate for us. Too expensive for what we got.

Great location, clean rooms, free parking.

Great location on the fringe of the old town. Rooms were very comfortable and facilities great also (A/C, shower etc). Owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful and assisted us with free parking for our stay. Highly recommended for families as was perfect for us and our two young children.

Lovely stay

The owners of villa Hasi are amazing people, they will go the extra mile to help you out and make your stay as comfortable as possible, like providing an extra pillow or giving advices for restaurants. The apartment has all you might need and is in a strategic position, at the border of the pedestrian area so that everything is a few minutes away but it remains very quiet. It's also convenient to reach the beaches in the south, which are beautiful. Looking forward to go back sometime :)

Desayuno excelente

Apartamento muy completo con buena ubicación. El desayuno aunque es en otro edificio está genial, es tipo buffet con mucha variedad de productos deliciosos.

El hotel no tiene aparcamiento hay que dejar el coche en la calle en unas plazas que tiene reservadas a buen precio. El día que estuvimos había una carrera deportiva en el pueblo por lo que resultó difícil de aparcar en la calle y muy caro (22 €/dia)

Lage ist sehr gut - mitten in Porec, am Rande der historischen Altstadt, gleich neben der Promenade; Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, gute Auswahl, schöner und sauberer Frühstücksraum; Die Villa selbst ist ein recht neu sanierter, schöner Bau.

Tolle Unterkunft in Porec

Die tiptop sanierte, historische Villa beim Stadtzentrum mit schönen Zimmern und einer allgemeinen Dachterrasse wird sehr familiär geführt und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und außergewöhnlich präsentiert.

Szerintem jó volt, megéri 😊

A szobák tisztasága, a személyzet, a felszereltség, a reggeli és az elhelyezkedés kiváló. Közel a kikötő, a sétáló utca, a pékség, a kis bolt, az apró kavicsos vagy sziklàs strand, a kisvonat megàlló, az éttermek. Eléggé kiràndulósok vagyunk- mi mindig bejárjuk a környéket. Pl Motovun. Így nekünk a parkolàs picit furi, olyanok vagyunk, akikhez hozzá van nőve az autó, csalàdtag. 😅 De ugye ez az óvàros àra, így utólag szerintem megéri. 😊 Àr-érték arànyban is jó. 10 eur/éj (only cash). De, ha nem akar az ember kimozdulni a vàrosból, teljesen tökéletes parkoló. A ki- be checkolás az út másik oldalán a Golden Key-ben történik (reggeli is ❤️), van előtte 2 db parkolóhely, onnan becuccolsz és mész a kapott kártyàval a parkolóba. Fontos megjegyezni "PLS just scan" állítólag sokan elrontják.

A parkolás Google térkép szerint autóval Parking Kantina - 950 m, de gyalog levágható tökön-babon keresztül pàr kanyar, úgy lehet, hogy 500 m, nem mértük. Csak akkor rossz, ha bent marad valami az autóban, kis gyerekkel ez ugye sanszos, apa pàrszor megjárta. 😅 😊 Első éjszaka csőtörésre hivatkozva nem tudtuk elfoglalni a az apartmanunkat, konyha nélküli szobàt kaptunk, csak màsnap 11:45kor kaptuk meg az eredetileg foglalt apartmant, amiatt kicsit később indult a nyaralàs, nah ez egy kicsit tényleg szíven ütött 6.5 óra utazàs utàn.

Parenzo in comodità e bontà .

Struttura molto comoda vicino al centro di Parenzo, a piedi in 5 minuti si arriva ovunque. La struttura è dotata di molti confort: aria condizionata, frigo, cucina, microonde, bollitore, macchina del caffè americano. Il Titolare e sua moglie sono stati gentilissimi. La colazione dolce e salata davvero buonissima e ricca di pietanze. Struttura Davvero consigliata.

Ad essere proprio pignoli, manca il bidet, non ci sono gli appendi asciugamani in bagno, manca qualche prodotto da bagno (es. Shampoo), mancano le prese della corrente vicino ai comodini.

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész vendéglátók, csodás elhelyezkedés, tiszta, ízlésesen berendezett szoba, bőséges svédasztalos reggeli :)

Központi melegvíz helyett bojlert használnak, és az első 2 éjszakán nem volt elég a melegvíz kettőnknek egy gyors zuhanyhoz, viszont ez is megoldódott azzal, hogy feljebb kapcsoltuk a bojlert.

Sehr unprofessionell und enttäuschend – keine Empfehlung

Frühstück war in einem anderen Haus war sehr ausführlich und gut

Leider war mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel eine große Enttäuschung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist katastrophal – für den gezahlten Preis habe ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Das Appartement liegt direkt über einem Restaurant, was abends zu erheblicher Lärmbelästigung führt. An erholsamen Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Auch die Angaben und Fotos auf der Buchungsseite entsprechen nicht der Realität: Die Zimmer sind deutlich kleiner, als dargestellt. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Klimaanlage verströmte einen unangenehmen Geruch und müsste dringend gereinigt werden. Im Badezimmer gab es keine frische Toilettenrolle – nur Reste vom vorherigen Gast. Hinter dem Nachttisch fand ich sogar noch eine leere Wasserflasche – ebenfalls Überbleibsel meines Vorgängers. Das darf in einem Hotel einfach nicht passieren.Das Bad richt stark nach Abfluss, man kann nur schlafen, wenn die Tür geschlossen ist. Der Empfang war unfreundlich. Erst beim Auschecken und nach Bezahlung kam ein gequältes Lächeln vom Rezeptionisten – insgesamt kein professioneller Umgang. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Hier stimmt weder Service noch Sauberkeit, und schon gar nicht der Preis.

Die zentrale Lage

Wir haben im Vorhinein um einen früheren Check in gebeten, dieser wurde uns zugesichert. Bei Ankunft wurde erst in Frage gestellt ob wir tatsächlich nachgefragt haben und es war nicht möglich früher einzuchecken. Zusätzlich war das Personal nicht besonders freundlich und meinte wenn es frei wäre ginge es, aber sie würden noch putzen, da es einen late Check out gab. Bei Nachfrage warum ein früher Check in dann überhaupt zugesichert wurde, wurde nicht mehr wirklich reagiert....gesamt sehr sehr schlecht gelöst! Im Bad im Zimmer gab es große Probleme mit dem Kanalsystem. Der Geruch der ausströmte, war nicht auszuhalten. Warmwasser war ebenfalls nicht ausreichend vorhanden und konnte mit dem bestehenden Boiler nicht erzeugt werden. Eiskalte Dusche!
