Lovely location and town.
Location of property was fabulous, with sunsets and sea views.
Access to the property was via a beer garden and front terrace of neighbouring property. No mention of it before arrival. The furniture and furnishings were very tired eg. Cupboard doors sellotaped at corners, bathroom towels faded and very old. No instructions for TV. The armchairs were very old with no support left in the seats. With no sofa these needed to be comfortable. The host let himself into the front terrace and appeared at the door unannounced on my 4th day, to check how it was going (?) - not necessary or appreciated as a lone traveller. I had no idea who he was at first and expect security and privacy on my holiday.

The apartment was ideally placed. We never moved the car the whole time we were there. The facilities were amazing. Everything we needed and some lovely flowers and odd and ends to get us started. The location was brilliant hence our reason for not moving too far. Walk round the corner and you had all the main street of shops, cafes and restaurants. Brilliant.
There was nothing to unlike about the apartment. However, if you want the car near be prepared to pay £44 for a week or £11 per day. Bit of a sting in the tail. Not the host's fault.

Extremely disappointed with the property and it ruined 45th Wedding Anniversary ☹️
The view of sea
We were very very disappointed with this property. To access it you had to pass through a narrow pub terrace where guests were dining, then through a disgusting neighbouring patio covered with bird excrement and rubbish, and broken paving, only to be greeted with more bird excrement on our patio. The patio furniture was filthy. We borrowed (and fixed) a neighbours yard broom and swept daily to try and keep the area clear. Sitting outside was not really an option as chunks of excrement fell off the roof daily, landing on the furniture and patio area. The pub pressure wash their section each day and this property owner needs to do the same (or at least provide a suitable broom). A patio umbrella would also be a good idea so as to give some sort of shelter from what showers off the roof. It was disgusting and is a health hazard.
Opening the door of the property the first thing that greeted you was the unpleasant smell. The inside of the property initially appeared ok, until you noticed the mould on walls, carpet trip hazards, layers of dust on the furniture, dirty skirting boards, and bathroom backsplashes that were obviously not cleaned, and light fixtures that were looking tired and dirty. There was no real attention to cleaning the property and we found snacks and sweet wrappers visible down the side of an armchair cushion. Lifting the cushions revealed more dirt and debris. The armchairs are really uncomfortable.
The shower was a good size, but the window faced directly onto the pub yard with a table directly outside the window. Although the window had frosted (discrete) glass it made showering in evening light very uncomfortable and we had to put a cardboard box in the window to give better privacy. It really needs a proper blind. Also, a working lock on the bathroom door normally comes as standard these days. Please fix it.
The skirting boards are dirty and the property needs a really good deep clean. And have we mentioned the mould?

Relaxing, enjoyable stay
Views were so lovely, and binoculars were a thoughtful touch. Apartment was so close to everything. Milk, tea/coffee etc was an added bonus.
Maybe parking could have been a bit closer, but just being picky.

A perfect relaxing comfortable stay.
The property was in a perfect location, was very clean and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable as was the bedding. The shower was lovely and to top the lot the views were to die for. The fresh flowers milk juice and fizz were a very welcome treat. The views and especially watching the sun sets in the evenings were perfect. I’m already planning to return.
The sun terrace area could do with a good sweep and washing down and the furniture cleaned too. Lots of bird poo it’s hard to avoid stepping in it and not a welcome arrival to a holiday home.

The perfect escape with the most spectacular views in a quaint seaside town.
Seaview is a self catering property which is situated in possibly the best location in Sheringham. It is perfect for a two person escape to peace, tranquillity and calm.
The property is very clean, tidy and comfortable with a fully functioning kitchen, shower room and living area.
The view from the front aspect of the property is beautiful, overlooking the beach and sea giving you the perfect view point to watch seabirds, fishing boats and the most amazing sunsets.
Seaview is set within the beautiful, quaint, seaside town of Sheringham. No need to use your car as everything you need is within walking distance
There is nothing about Seaview not to like.

The apartment was very cosy, had everything you needed and a lovely welcome pack. The views were amazing.
We couldn't get the grill to stay out for more than a few seconds. The paint work and walls in areas in much need if some tlc.
