Fantastic location. Close to beach and town.
Could do with a bit of a general spruce up. There was a smell in the bedroom - suggest carpets are all cleaned and a deep clean overall done.

The location right on the seafront in Sheringham was good because I could watch the tide coming in and going out. We were very lucky with the weather which was warm and calm.
Ideally the property needs an update.

The views from the terrace were amazing, particularly sunrise and sunset! Although the weather was very warm, the terrace stayed cool as the sun disappeared behind the building, which meant the space was usable during the day.
The proper was well equipped and had everything we needed.
There wasn’t anything we particularly disliked. The only problem is I can’t book for next year because it is already fully booked!!
