Good place to stay for a short break.

Nice outlook onto private garden. Location in nice, quiet part of Sheringham close to coast. Friendly cats who came to see us.

Lack of Wifi. Fold down wall bed which meant one side of bed was against the wall and no headboard. A couple more coat hangers would have been useful.

Perfect home from home!

A truly wonderful place to stay. The decor was beautiful, the room smelt gorgeous, there was tea, coffee and milk. I would highly recommend!

Peaceful stay in sunny Sheringham, perfect accommodation for a mini-break.

The instructions were fine, very easy to follow and the host greeted us on arrival. The host was very friendly and the little extras like fresh milk in the fridge were most welcome. The bed was comfy, shower hot and fresh soft towels. Excellent value for money.

My only criticism was the WIFI but this was due to the service provider and couldn't be helped.

Clean, cosy, pretty garden and lovely location near to cafes and beach.

It was well equipped with amenities and very cosy. The outlook onto the garden was especially welcome and as we are both cat lovers, we were delighted to see the two tabby cats popping in and mostly came into the garden. It was peaceful and we loved the location as it was near to the local cafe (Whelk and Copper) which I would recommend for brunch and to the beach. Our host was helpful and welcoming. Look forward to visiting again.

It was a little small, but it didn’t spoil our holiday at all. It is a base. If the weather was bad it would be a bonus to have a TV but we were out mostly.

Garden was lovely

Picture 11 utilises a mirrors reflection to indicate more food prep space than there is. No comfortable seating area in the room as bed isn’t against wall. Would have been nice to have an armchair. Really this is an en-suite bedroom with a charming garden and a lovely host.

Very clean, lovely & comfortable, nice bed, shower was great. Very private and quiet.

The only recommendation I would have (and it’s minor) was that as it was dark & wet coming back through the garden at night an outside light would have helped as there is not a solid path & a bit slippery & uneven & then I felt bad going into the lovely clean room with slightly muddy/wet shoes. That is my ONLY suggestion & I was really happy with everything else.

Nicely presented quaint perfect location

Very sweet, great location Good communication Tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch Lovely lights and outside area Liked that it was self contained Pillows were super comfy!

Shower entrance could do with being just a touch more accessible (especially if you were plus size!) The fridge makes a hell of a rattling/humming noise when it clicks on. (Only noticeable at night) Quite loud banging on roof - possibly from a branch hanging down we thought and being bashed about by the wind? It was incredibly windy and sure it wouldn’t be a problem on calm days!

A minor thing, but there wasn’t a blind or curtain at the bathroom window, and although not directly overlooked, I did feel a little bit exposed when sitting on the loo. Also, as I'm a larger lady, I found getting in and out of the shower door was a bit tight. Maybe this could be remedied by having the door opening the other way???

Weekend stay for 2

The room was in a good location not far from the town centre. It was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have fresh milk in the little fridge for our tea and coffee.

We had quite a lot of stuff with us for the event we were attending in Sheringham, and although we were able to put most of it under the bed, it was still a bit tight in the room. There were folding chairs in there, but perhaps a small folding table could be useful too. We would have liked a TV in the room.

Fab little cabin suite - very comfy and perfect location. Loved it!

Lovely little cabin in back of garden with its own private sitting area near cherry tree - too rainy to use on this trip but would be lovely in summer! The cabin was spotlessly clean and though small was very comfortable with lots of handy shelves & hooks for storage. We'll equipped with fridge & kettle and even a cafetiere + real coffee as well as fresh milk & usual tea etc. Comfy bed, good linen & towels: we slept well. The shower room is very decent size - nice big shower cubicle and powerful hot shower plus heated towel rail & space for all our stuff. Location perfect - quiet, pretty road close to seafront and all the good eating places. Lovely owner - excellent come and she even put some champagne flutes in room for our anniversary. Would definitely stay again!

The location and room was lovely. We was worried it would maybe be cold but it was roasting in there and had to turn heat off. Bonus. The location could not be better. It was such a lovely little room. Our only disappointment was it was so dark at night and garden and passage needed a security light. Also stepping stones over grass were so far apart you had to walk in wet muddy grass. Fine in summer but nightmare in winter. We found the mattress was so hard we didn't sleep at all well..others may like this. Might be nice to have a little toaster in their to. Bathroom and shower perfect. Would be perfect if garden sorted.

Dark Garden and not enough stepping stones. Mattress so uncomfortable came home tired.

Enjoyable stay in Sheringham

Very close to town centre and had its own garden. The flat was clean and well presented and the owner was very helpful.

No washing up bowl and limited cutlery. There was also alack of ventilation at night as we didnt want to leave the patio door open.

A cosy bolt hole by the seaside for a short break.

Very central location and good for a short stay. Thoughtful Host provided tea/coffee milk. The bathroom was spotless and the outside garden secluded and quiet. A very short walk from the Railway station so very easy to get to from Norwich or further afield by train.

A small wall mounted TV would have been useful but we managed without.
