Fantastic garden leading to the front door. Inside the facilities were extremely good ( kitchen, cutlery, WC, TV and so on). The view from the widows in the front room provides a great sea view, and enables you to see the rising and setting sun. The actual location is fantastic for access to the beach and local shops, restaurants, pubs etc.

The bed was a bit hard, especially the headboard, but that's probably due to the fact I am used to a different type of bed at home.

We enjoyed a quiet, comfortable and relaxed week here. The south facing cottage garden offers a small furnished patio for guests, with access to a public footpath for the short walk to shops, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, promenades and beaches. We found nearby on-street free parking on Morris Street and West Cliff, albeit during a very busy half term holiday in good weather.

We found the sea view underwhelming. Some may feel a lack of privacy, the garden being shared, and directly overlooked from the public footpath.

Lovely bijou cottage. Perfectly situated for easy access to the seafront and town. The attached tearoom was very nice, we had breakfast a couple of times.

Parking close by was difficult at weekends. The garden isn’t private. We didn’t realise when we booked that it was shared with the owner. The staff in the tearooms also use it to enter / exit and was quite noisy at 8am arrival. We booked particularly for a private enclosed garden as we have dogs. We couldn’t let them out for long and we didn’t feel comfortable sitting outside as a shared space and the backdoor to the tearoom was open and noisy. Would really benefit from an information pack, we didn’t know where to put bins, recycling etc and leaving instructions - there was no messages from owner either ready for arrival or ready for leaving
