Quirky, cosy cottage in the middle of town

The location was excellent right in the middle of everything. The accommodation was clean and cosy with everything that you needed. A very well thought out quirky place. Clear details received from the owner in relation to how to use everything in the accommodation and in relation to parking. We were able to park outside on the street when we arrived, found parking in one of the neighbouring streets and able to park outside again on the night before we left. We would not hesitate to book again if we visit the area again. Thank you

Great place to stay

Great location, lovely and quiet, super comfy bed, and a bonus to have two bathrooms, one with a bath! Plenty of tea also coffee provided. Nice comfy seating inside and outside Although there was no parking this wasn't a problem, as you can drop off all your things right outside. Sheringham has Plenty of Car parking very close. Will definitely be coming back 🙂

The wardrobe space was very difficult to access if you were not overly tall.

The position of the Hut was awful opposite the back of a restaurant with horrible fencing direct across the road. There were cleaning buckets left between the deckchairs which were a joke as only 5 m from another dwelling The bathroom on the ground smelled awful # We left after one night as just disappointed. Will not use again.

Comfy and clean, had all equipment and the info from the owner regarding how things worked was valuable to using the things ie like tv , hot water etc.

Not really being able to park to unload as it’s a busy high street, there was not always a spot to park to unload. On the positive I did find a place to park for free but had to do 2 trips to unload. With 2 dogs it was a pain but we managed.

Great accommodation and location, we'll be back!

Really nice place, clean, tidy, everything you need and more, even the weather didn't spoil our stay. It wasn't the best but we had a more than adequate heater to ensure we were comfortable. Upstairs was very comfortable and spacious, we both slept well. We had family come over for one day too as there was plenty of room and extra beds and bedding.

The shower could do with replacing, the current one is just about fit for purpose but for less than £100 a new one would not go a miss. Perhaps a fridge with a freezer space too, but we are really knit picking.

Extremely disappointed with the property! Sherringham was beautiful.

The location as it was within walking distance of all the shops etc.

The property was not clean at all it had cobwebs where the dinner plates were kept in a rack, the sink drainer was full of grime, the shower room downstairs was awful, the radiator was thick in rust all in the bottom so was the shower rail, the shower hose, the shower unit and the shower tray was all marked and brown round the edges! I definitely could not have a shower so I had to have baths even though I had to really wash the bath out before using it! I took photos of everything if need to view. The carpet in the double bedroom had all stains on it, there were all black marks on the bottom of the bed. Behind the electric fire in the lounge were bottle tops and full of dirt! The patio windows were all smeared and dirty.

Location is amazing. Few minutes from both beach, station and theatre. Changeover/cleaning folk were really lovely. Excellently equipped kitchene.

A lovely little break away

Lovely self contained place for husband and I to stay in heart of Sheringham with a very short stroll to the beach. Well equipped. Very comfortable bedroom - had great nights sleep and lovely decor. I thoroughly enjoyed my bath, only having showers at home!

Nothing really except to improve the downstairs shower could do with a re-grout at base. Fridge was roomy but would have been ideal if it had a small icebox too. Neither negatively impacted upon our stay

Fantastic, central location, just right for our visit

A cosy self contained cottage with all that is needed for a short stay. Location was central and arrival instructions clear and helpful.

We wood have preferred a smaller Tv screen given the seating was so close by. Either advice on or faciilities for recylcing would have been helpful.

great location and the property was lovely with everything we needed. felt like home from home. Really comfortable stay for me, my partner and the dog

the only issue is the parking but that is no reflection on the property or the friendly owners. parking wasn’t much of an issue and we stayed bank holiday so the rest of the year should be even better.

Good

Overall very good value for money. Communication with the owner Neil before arrival was excellent. The cottage is a good size and there are 2 bathrooms and a good kitchen. It is in a good central location, easy walk to everything and Dog friendly.

Whilst we enjoyed our stay a few small easy changes would improve the guests comfort. The bedding was Synthetic therefore, we had a hot and uncomfortable sleep. The window coverings in the bedroom did not block out the light. There was only one tea towel, 1 hand towel for 2 bathrooms and the Bath towels were too small.

Brilliant location in a lovely cottage and will definitely return

The location was central and the property was exactly how the advert stated. The owner sent us a detailed description of how to collect the keys. The bed was really comfortable and the property contained everything we needed. Parking was easy to find a couple of streets away as described by the owner.
