A very nice flat close to the sea. Cleanliness excellent and all essentials are provided. It is a pity this flat won’t be available anymore because we have enjoyed staying at Driftway Court. We will see you again next year when we decide on another property. Thank you for your good service

Lack of linens and towels was my only issue. I flew in and had to arrange those items locally, at some considerable inconvenience. Also, there was barely enough toilet paper and paper towels, and the hand soap in the bathroom was empty. Besides that it was an overall excellent stay.

Two minutes WALK to the beach/promenade and five minutes WALK to the town, we used the car once in the week to go to the brilliant Rocky Bottoms. We have now booked for our third stay next year so they are obviously doing something right! We stayed in October and the heating system was very good. Private parking is such a bonus. Suggested improvements: electric shower is a bit weak, more power points, and a bit more privacy on the windows (mirror foil?). We'll be back!

We have stayed here quite a few times. It remains our favourite choice of place to stay each year.We hope to return again next year. We have only one minor quibble. The TV screen is too small for the room and you need a telescope to see it from the sofa!!! But it is a minor quibble. Cleanliness is excellent. Furnishings are dated but still more than satisfactory. Location is brilliant. Close to seafront and to town centre.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the spacious apartment, good-sized bedrooms, lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom. It was good being on the ground floor and the private parking space was very much appreciated. The outside private terrace was a bonus for my vaping wife. Great location only 5 minutes walk from the town centre and beach. "Rocky Bottoms" was fab. We'll be back.

Very comfortable stay in this well positioned apartment just minutes from the beach. Clean and tidy on arrival. No issues at all. Would and probably will book again. You have to bring your own bed linen and towels which is no effort at all. Good parking for car.

This flat is very roomy, so it's great for rainy days when you can't go far. Beds were great, loved the kitchen and the lounge is lovely. I've stayed in Keys properties for years, this is the first time we weren't left at least one toilet roll, it was horrible to have to arrive in a taxi and then have to walk to the shops for toilet roll.

We had a very nice time in the flat. Every thing was clean and tidy. Every thing we needed was provided and more. The furniture in the living room is very dated and the sofa and chair was very worn and a bit dirty looking. The spring in the arm chair were very uncomfortable. This did spoil the flat a little especially when we sat down in the evening.

In a great location, perfect for access to sea for swimming, coastal walks and the town. Parking a bonus. A spacious property, a little tired in decor, as expected, but it had a good feel about it. Bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi worked well. Washing line in small courtyard very useful for drying swimwear/ towels. Would book again.

Furniture outdated but it is clean and comfortable with everything you need. Lighting, in the lounge particularly, needs updating. A super place to stay and your own parking spot is a big bonus. Thank you.

A good 2 bedroom ground floor flat, with outside enclosed space. Although we had problems getting into the block that is Driftway Court as I’m in a wheelchair, but once we actually got into the accommodation of No1 Driftway Court itself we found it to be clean, with just about everything that up to 4 people would need to spend time on Holiday in Sheringham. It’s very close to the sea, and the seating that is along the promenade, and there’s a kiddies play park quite close by. The shops are a bit further away than I thought they were. If there is rain whist staying in 1 Driftway Court, there is absolutely no need to be bored because there are loads of board games to play, the unit in the lounge is full of just about every game/board game including Mousetrap, Scrabble and many more.

The flat is in a good position for town. The flat was clean, but the interior is still in the nineteen fifties ,except the bath room which had been refitted. Their are major building work being done at the rear of the property, and the week we where there the drive had been dug up to lay new electric cables, so we could not park in the allocated space, and had to park in the street which was ok as their are no parking restrictions near by.

We feel that this accommodation did not meet the standard of the previous rentals we have stayed at .We notified the agents of this and made a complaint regarding the uncomfortable beds, even though each one has been covered with a topper. Why ? if the mattress's are alright. We were so looking forward to this holiday, and for the first time booked a two week stay only to vacate after a few days. However, we will no doubt be holidaying with you again and thank you for your assistance prior to this unfortunate insident.

Very pleased with the location with easy access to the sea and shops. Spacious property with good facilities, and good TV reception. Could do with providing bed linen, and set of drawers for 2nd bedroom but we enjoyed our stay and would go again. We needed a walking aid for my husband and couldn't praise the hire shop enough for their help and advice.

We enjoyed our stay at Driftway Court, despite a very stormy weekend. The apartment is well situated to be able to easily walk to everything Sheringham has to offer and the parking space is an added bonus. We found the apartment fairly comfortable for three guests but another armchair is really required for the fourth guest to be comfortable. Furniture was all very clean and serviceable as is the whole apartment, however some modernisation/decoration would make the world of difference.

accommodation was well situated and had a parking space. We walked and it didn't smell clean you can usually smell the floors had been washed just smelt of fly spray, dead flies everywhere at least 10 in the bathroom and in the saucepans and on the window sills and carpets. We realised during lockdown the properties weren't let so cleaning wasn't done. The double bedroom had a layer of dust on the headboard, there was no clean bin liner in the bin it had hair and dust in it.The bathroom was full of flies and I don't think the window ledge had been wiped you could see where the previous occupants had put their things.no lampshade just a bare bulb I thought this was a health and safety issue. In the kitchen the saucepan rack is covered in grease and dust also cobwebs, tiles falling off the wall, crockery chipped, oven didn't seem to hold its temerature ,the shelf the kitchen holding more saucepans has dust and cobwebs. Lounge not to bad dust on the picture frames. The courtyard had broken bats in it, they had been there a while and takeaway packaging. Just pleased the weather good so as we didn't have to spend a lot of time inside. After coming out of isolation we were very disappointed, other properties we have had before were excellent.

Property very dated and extremely poor standard. In need of a complete refurbishment and redecoration. Cracked and broken tiles in bathroom, walls stained from condensation. Sanitary ware a mix of ‘60’s basin and wc, with ill fitting modern toilet seat, new bath but still with old tiling surrounds and shower curtain. Electric shower looked like it had been fitted by amateurs. Ripped and not particularly clean covers to lounge suite, absolutely no support left in settee. Facilities in kitchen reasonable, but like rest of property every thing a mish/mash of differing items. In fact only complete set of anything found was a new table/place mat set. To describe it as well appointed is to put it mildly, somewhat misleading. Would certainly not want to stay there again. The plus side to our weekend was the great time we had participating in the 40’s event at the North Norfolk Railway.

We were looking for a place to stay for just 4 nights and this fitted the bill. We did not use the oven but missed a washing machine. The laundrette in town was not open for the public when I needed it so had to do essentials by hand. No washing line but I improvised. Otherwise it was a pleasant place to stay and convenient to beach and shops.

We have stayed in many different properties in Sheringham over the years all have been good. Our needs have changed and 1, The Driftway was perfect in all ways, near the beach we use, parking space, on one floor, clean, well presented. If i have a negative then having to make beds and stripping them when vacating that is all. Very Happy, thank you to owners. If available next year we would book again.
