Gull View, West Cliff is a bright, second-floor apartment with it's own parking space, located opposite the Fishermen's Slope and Promenade in Sheringham, boasting stunning sea views. A few steps from the family friendly beach and beautiful coastal walks as well as offering all the shops, amenities and restaurants you could wish for; be sure to try the local fish and chips!Communal front door opening into communal lobby with stairs to second floor: Apartment front door opening into hallway with doors to: Master bedroom: with king size bed; Door to twin bedroom with TV with freeview and freesat. Family bathroom: with shower over bath, WC and wash basin. Lounge: with comfortable seating, sea views, dining table with four chairs and TV with freeview and freesat. Kitchen: with electric hob and electric oven, washing machine/tumble drier, fridge with freezer box and microwave. Amenities: pets not allowed, allocated parking space, towels and linen provided. Please note there is limited height in some rooms due to sloped ceilings. Wifi. Location: beach - 1-minute stroll, pubs and shops a 2-minute stroll.

Been to Gull View a number of times, and we LOVE it, such a great place to stay so clean and tidy and love the sea views, the welcome basket is such a lovely touch and a lovely little message from the owner to welcome us, we really didn't want to leave can't wait to come back again

Only a few steps from the beach and town, Gull View is well equipped and furnished and most things seem new. There was also a substantial welcome tray of locally produced goodies. I could have sat at the high window and watched the sea for hours. (FYI, the view isn't visible from the sofa if that matters to you.) As is clear from the description, there are sloping rooves but I didn't find them in the way.

I personally cannot fault gull view. The flat is clean welcoming and everything at hand for your stay, It’s so close to the sea, town centre and all Sheringhams attractions with the benefit of parking.Always something to watch from the lounge window. Enjoy.

A very clean,,welcoming, cared for, flat, IMPRESSIVE ! What to do in Sherringham, a ride on a coastal bus, a ride on a preserved steam train to Holt, another well looked after Norfolk town. A MUST is enjoy fish and chips, pan to plate in Dave's restaurant in Cooperation street.

This is the third or fourth time we have booked this property. We enjoy it every time - although the stairs may be too much for us in future. There is a lovely sea view from the lounge. The property is well cared for and pleasantly furnished. Everything is very clean and there is a generous welcome pack of local products which is much appreciated.

Gull view is a lovely flat with everything you need for your holiday. The flat is spotless, welcoming and comfortable.So close to the sea and all of Sheringham’s attractions, with the added benefit of your own parking space. So lucky with the weather so enjoyed walks along the beach, if not so lucky beautiful look out from living room window watching the world go by . Book and enjoy.

Gull View was clean, comfortable and had everything you may need. Thank you to the owners for a very generous welcome pack. The view is great and there is nothing like going to sleep with the sound of crashing waves. Very convenient for shops and places to eat and walks along the coastal path. Highlights include steam train ride on the Poppy Line form Sheringham to Holt, walk along the coastal path to Beeston Hill and walks in National Trust Sheringham Park.

Another lovely stay in gull view, this time in winter, lovely and cosy and as always plenty of activity to watch from the lounge window. We have been to Gull view many times, all different times the view from the lounge view point is lovely whatever weather. The flat is in an ideal spot for the whole of Sheringham with benefit of car parking. The flat is most welcoming with everything you need.from comfort to utensils.Always a lovely welcoming pack.Will definitely be back.

Well furnished, comfortable accommodation which is located very close to the promenade. See views from lounge and main bedroom. The welcome pack was generous and much appreciated. Unfortunately the bad weather made us cut short our stay this time.

When you enter the flat your first impressions a so welcoming spotlessly clean, bright, little hidden gems,a lovely box with goodies, the best is the view from the main window always something to watch. Really enjoyed my week in Sheringham at Gull View. The property was spotless and it was nice to have been left tea, coffee, milk and some extremely delicious cookies. Waking up and going to sleep to the sound of the sea only metres away is unforgettable, and being on my laptop or eating by the window in the living room while watching the waves was brilliant. Perfectly positioned for all the amenities of Sheringham and the parking space was very welcome. Planning to return as soon as I can.

We had a very relaxing stay in this lovely apartment. The property is better than the photos, the location is prefect for enjoying coastal walks and the town itself. The welcome pack was a great start to our break. The view from the breakfast bar was very relaxing, the sea being very close but also far enough away in rough weather. It's also nice to have excellent satellite tv reception and good wi-fi too. The allocated parking is also very handy in a place like Sheringham. We are looking forward to our next stay in Sheringham and in particular Gull View.

Everything was in good condition and had been well thought out. The welcome hamper was well received, great cookies! My only suggestion would be a large mirror on the wall in both bedrooms. The mirror in the double bedroom was useless to me as at 5’2” I couldn’t see in it! Having said that I would definitely stay here again.

My daughter & I spent a week at Gull view & didn't want to leave. The property was immaculate, the welcome tray full of goodies & a hand written postcard from the owner was a lovely welcome. The views from Gull view are stunning & to be able to go to sleep & wake up to the sounds of the sea was bliss. When I wasn't out doing a coastal walk, I was glued to the little breakfast bar type table by the window, watching the sea. The location is amazing, just round the corner is a lovely tea room which we frequently visited, we watched a play at Sheringham Little Theatre & had a ride on the steam train. There is nothing I can fault about Gull View, it's perfect for couples & small families. I really didn't want to leave & will hopefully be returning next year.

The flat has everything you could possibly need, very nicely presented ( especially the new towels and duvet covers.).Prime position for all of Sheringhams attractions, with the bonus of car parking. Great location and views

The property is very central for all that Sheringham has to offer and the parking space in this location is a real bonus. The flat was very clean and well equipped and the welcome pack was very generous (the marmalade was delicious). The staff at Keys were extremely helpful in contacting the owner to see if we could stay on for an extra couple of days and agreeing a very reasonable price. Overall a great base for exploring the area and a welcoming place to return to after a day out.

Fantastic weekend at Gull View, premier position with sea view & secure allocated parking space, which is a bonus being in the centre. Everything as pictures on website, very comfortable, spotlessly clean & in a quiet position. Great to sit on stools at window & watch the birds, sea & folks walking along the seafront. Comfy beds & lovely bedding & towels. Everything we needed was provided. Welcome pack was a lovely touch many thanks. Brilliant location, very close to town centre, shops & restaurants/ pubs. I expected nothing from this thinking you would only just be able to see the sea. Instead you have a fantastic sea view and everything you could want in a flat. You are also right in the heart of Sheringham with some excellent restaurants at a price that is realistic unlike most of North Norfolk. You left feeling you had had a fantastic value for money stay.

This is a perfect place right in the middle of Sheringham, we didn't want to leave, It had everything we needed for our stay, The seaview was fantastic we even did some cold water swimming which was brilliant, the apartment was spotless, The only criticism to make and it's my preference I would like to see a drainer on the kitchen sink and a bigger mirror in the bedroom but like I said it's my preference, but definitely we hope to return to Gull view very soon

A fabulous property with amazing views of the sea. Loved sleeping with the window open listening to the waves. It is a fairly small apartment so not sure about space if four adults were sharing but suited the two of us. Only one small issue - no iron but easy enough to rectify and the washer dryer is a great addition. Would definitely stay again.

We felt Gull View was very clean and well equipped and beds were comfortable. It was great for a family of 2 adults and 2 young children but not big enough for 4 adults. The location was splendid and the view amazing but unfortunately you couldn’t sit and watch the sea as no higher stools available for looking out at window height. Also felt that on first arrival impression of communal entrance and stairways were shabby and muddy ... however the flat was not shabby at all and the welcome pack was a lovely and well received extra. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again but with less people. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Gull View in June 2021. The property is in a great location for strolls along the seafront and popping in to the little town. The apartment is very clean with everything you would need for a stay. The welcome basket on arrival was such a lovely touch and we all enjoyed a cuppa and a biscuit after a long drive. Everything in the apartment is super comfy with a relaxed holiday feel. Having the sea view was lovely and we enjoyed listening to the sounds of the waves at night. We will definitely return..

Excellent location and clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and found it fascinating to watch the fishermen as they launched their boats. Take some binoculars with you to get a good view of the different birds and the cargo ships in the distance.
