The perfect 'rural' retreat just a short distance from central Hamburg.

Short walk from station. Frequent service to centre. Although part of Hamburg, this is really a village surrounded by fields, woods with walking routes. Has a vibrant commercial centre with all the shops you will need. Huge market twice a week. Décor/furnishing seemed brand new and apartment in immaculate condition. Quiet.

Nothing, it was perfect for us, but worth pointing out: Set in roof space, so steep/narrow stairs to the apartment. The sloping ceiling under the roof can mean you hit your head on occasions if at the far corners of the rooms. There is no extractor over cooker so beware of smoke if frying - this sets off the alarms, but these stop once smoke cleared.

I love the location. You can walk to all shopping, restaurants and public transportation. It’s a lovely picturesque historic house - but feels open and airy and super welcoming. It’s very well equipped even if you’d like to cook for yourself or invite friends over for a glass of wine.

Aufgrund der guten Lage haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.

Die Lage der Wohnung war optimal.Die Küche ist super eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist sauber.

Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist zu schmal. Die Matratze ist auch schon sehr abgenutzt. Die Couch im Wohnbereich ist unbequem.

Top Unterkunft in spitzen Lage, perfekt für einen Trip nach Hamburg!

Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und sich Zeit genommen alles zu erklären und uns auch großartige Tipps gegeben, was man alles in Hamburg unternehmen kann. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles sehr modern und top gepflegt. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war auf sehr hohem Niveau. Volksdorf ist ein ruhiger Vorort und liegt etwa 30 Minuten mit der Bahn vom Zentrum von Hamburg entfernt. Die Bahnstation erreicht man in nur wenigen Gehminuten durch einen netten Park. In der wunderschönen aus Backsteinhäusern bestehenden Umgebung findet man alles, was man braucht. Mehrere Bäcker, Nahversorger, Restaurants und Eisdielen, sogar ein Thalia ist gleich ums Eck. Wir haben jede Minute unseres Aufenthalts genossen!
