We had a wonderful stay and can only give our highest recommendations. The location is excellent, with easy access to Hamburg city and very close to everyday necessities such as Rossmann, Rewe, a butcher and a bakery. Everything needed was within walking distance, which made the stay extremely convenient. The apartment itself is spacious, bright and fully furnished. It comfortably accommodated all of us. The interior is neat, clean and thoughtfully arranged. Nothing was missing. Comfortable beds with good duvets and pillows ensured great sleep, and having two bathrooms was a big plus. The apartment also features two TVs, one in each room, which added to the overall comfort. The kitchen deserves special mention. It is fully equipped with quality appliances including a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge and freezer. On top of that, coffee, tea and spices were provided, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. All necessary kitchenware and tableware were available. The apartment offers very strong WiFi with fast speed, which worked flawlessly throughout the stay. Cleanliness was outstanding. Fresh towels were provided, both large bath towels and smaller hand towels. Cleaning equipment such as a broom, vacuum cleaner and waste bins were available, which added to the feeling of being truly at home. What truly sets this place apart is the personal service. The owner was present and extremely attentive. Whenever I had even the smallest question, I could write via the Booking.com chat and received an immediate response. This level of availability and care is rare and deeply appreciated. We were four in total, our two grown up sons aged 19 and 25, my spouse and myself, visiting Hamburg on our annual trip. We had missed last year due to my serious illness, which I have fortunately recovered from. This stay meant a lot to us, and the apartment contributed greatly to making us feel at home in Hamburg.

Nothing at all. Everything worked exactly as it should, and we did not experience a single issue during our stay. The apartment, facilities and service were consistently excellent from arrival to departure.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, alles ist in der Nähe: die U-Bahn, Geschäfte (Rewe, Penny, Rossmann) und eine Bäckerei direkt unter den Fenstern. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns zu viert perfekt untergebracht. Besonderen Dank für die Matratzen – der Schlaf war sehr komfortabel.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit allem was man braucht,super Lage in U Bahn Nähe.Bäcker,Rewe,Asiate alles da und ein super netter Carl.Kommunikation war freundlich zuvorkommend und einfach problemlos wofür wir uns nochmal bedanken wollen.
