Comfortable and uncomplicated

A high-quality aparthotel with low price for Hamburg. The monthly discount made it have a similar price like some apartments for rent. Liked the weekly cleanups and uncomplicated entry. The bathroom is wonderful. It's very near to an S-Bahn station, about half an hour away from the city-centre.

Was confused about how big the apartment is due to mixup of pictures from the small apartments and the deluxe one on the check-in webpage. Would be nice to have a key instead of only phone for entry in case your battery runs out or the phone is lost.

I really liked how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained the property was. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was also convenient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

There was honestly very little to dislike. Everything met my expectations, and any small issues were handled quickly and professionally by the staff.

All was good except internet connection.

The WiFi doesn’t work in my room, I asked the management to fix the problem, they didn’t send an appropriate person to do that, instead the send the housekeeper to do an IT person. Job, and of course they failed.

Excellent location and apartment

Excellent location by Poppenbüttel S1 , easy trip from the airport and into the city, great room, clean and quiet. The tech worked well for door access. Some great restaurants & a great kebab shop minutes away, and a ReWe just by the S1 station.

The tech does work well, although you have to input the code each time on your phone & open the browser .

Super clean, very comfortable, small kitchen was a huge bonus. Parking was only $20 per day. Very soundproof very safe. Excellent shower.

Although I finally figured out the parking an explanation of where to stop your vehicle to unload your luggage would be helpful. Not everyone is coming from the train station and has just one small bag. A little more explanation on the parking would also have been useful, like where it is located and how it works. I finally figured it out but it sure would've been handy. The property itself was wonderful.

Very clean room, sky TV so I could watch football in the room. Good shower.

No iron, no reception or staff on site. You need to be technically competent to deal with the self check in and room unlocking. Room unlocking can be very slow.

Køkkenet var absolut ikke udrustet til at man skulle bo der i flere dage. Ingen kaffemaskine, ingen toaster, ikke engang en pande. Rummene var trange og 2 personer kunne ikke komme forbi hinanden.

Beim Check In, fehlte 1 € , wegen Steuer oder so, ich könnte überhaupt nicht einchecken, obwohl ich bereits telefonisch nachgefragt habe, ob alles für den Check in okay ist. War es aber nicht. Das Hotel kann solche Prozedur einfach für die Gäste gestalten Parkplatz extrem überteuert. jede Übernachtung Tiefgarage kostet 20€ , nicht normal

Personal, das nicht für die Arbeit in der Hotelbranche ausgebildet ist

In diesem Gebäude wurde ich von einem Sicherheitsbeamten meines Hauses diskriminiert, der in der Nacht mein Apartment betrat, um zu untersuchen, ob sich Personen darin befanden oder ob ich Gegenstände hatte, die darauf hindeuteten, dass ich in diesem Gebäude Prostitution ausübte. Die Sicherheitskameras standen vor meiner Wohnung, es war sehr einfach, dies nur mit den Kameras zu überprüfen, aber er bevorzugte Gewalt und Demütigung gegenüber meiner Person. Ich habe mich mit der Polizei in Verbindung gesetzt, aber sie sagten mir, dass es eine zivilrechtliche und keine strafrechtliche Angelegenheit ist, also wird alles zu einer rechtlichen Angelegenheit. Die Würde der Menschen, ihr Privatleben und ihre Rechte als Verbraucher werden durch das oberste deutsche Gesetz geschützt. Andererseits verschärft sich die Situation noch mehr, da es sich um eine Transgenderperson handelt, und das Lokal ist nicht tolerant oder respektvoll gegenüber sexueller Vielfalt. Darüber hinaus, wenn Sie Hamburg genießen möchten, befindet sich der Ort sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt, aber sehr weit entfernt, wenn Sie die Stadt wirklich besuchen möchten, sollten Sie sich für näher gelegene Stadtteile entscheiden.

Schönes ruhiges Hotel

Der Zugang zum Hotel hat sich als sehr schwierig heraus gestellt. Ich habe mit meinen Kollegen 1,5h gebraucht um auf die Zimmer zu kommen. Die KI war hilfreich höflich schnell aber ich musste dann doch die Hilfe von Jenny in Anspruch nehmen sehr höflich und schnell hat Sie mir meinen Link auf das Handy gesendet. Der Fernseher ein Spitzenteil aber wenn man sich nicht so auskennt ist es schwierig überhaupt Fernsehen zu schauen. Eine Gebrauchsanweisung mit den wichtigsten Einstellungen wäre schon hilfreich. Im Großen und Ganzen sehr schöne moderne ruhige Zimmer top Qualität großzügig von der Größe her und ein fairer Preis. Vielleicht sollte man auch mal daran denken ,an Leute die nicht alles mit dem Handy machen und doch in so einem schönen Hotel schlafen wollen. Danke komme wieder jetzt weiß ich wie es geht.

Es war sehr kompliziert mit dem einloggen ins Hotel! Leider war unser gebuchtes Zimmer schon benutzt, wir haben dann nach längerer warten ein neues bekommen! Das öffnen von den Türen mit dem Handy ist wirklich nicht ausgereift, ständig aus dem wlan geflogen! Leider kann man mit dem Vermieter nur über WhatsApp kommunizieren. Wir werden es so schnell nicht wieder buchen, leider schade, da das Zimmer wirklich sehr schön ist

駅からすぐ近く、空港にも近いため、自分の様に大きいスーツケースを持って移動する旅行にはとても快適だった。鍵はスマートフォンを使うタイプで、最初は戸惑ったが慣れたらとても使いやすかった。徒歩圏内にスーパーマーケット、ショッピングモールもあったので買い物に便利だった。塩とコショウ、冷蔵庫に水とミルク、カプセル型コーヒーがついていた。

キッチンにフライパンがあればもっと良かった。 TVは映画やドラマなどのエンターティメントは充実していたが、ZDFなどドイツ国内のニュース(EURO News, BBCなどはあった)が見れなかったのが残念だった。

Nie wieder !

Wir haben über 2 Stunden vor der Tür gewartet . Weil man eine Kaution in Höhe von 200€ zahlen muss wovon vorher nichts erwähnt wurde . Under Problem war wir hatten keine Visa Karte das wir das bezahlen konnten . Letzten Endes mussten wir Freunde fragen ob die uns deren Karte zur Verfügung stellen . Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Geschmackvolles, geräumiges Doppelzimmer mit bequemem Bett, modernem Bad und praktischer Küchenzeile für kleinere Mahlzeiten. Genüged Stauraum in den Schränken. Die Nähe zur S-Bahn ist unschlagbar (wenige Minuten). Trotzdem ist das Zimmer ruhig. Problemloser Check-in und Check-out. Es gibt zwei günstige Park+Ride-Parkplätze in wenigen Gehminuten. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und sicher.
