The whole process of checking in was frictionless, and the room was clean and comfortable. Easiliy reachable via public transport, and close to lots of restaurants and shops. Also, I guess I caught a good offer, which made the price very affordable, apparently the prices are much higher now.

The smart locks worked well, but It's a high-dependency mechanism: I kept wondering what would happen if I lost connectivity or some server somewhere in the Cloud in nAisa went offline. I giess the lack of personnel makes for reduced cost of operations, but it's suboptimal: on one of the nights, someone burned something in their microwave, triggering a fire alarm at an ungodly hour. We quickly established that there was no danger, but there was no-one to turn off the alarm, which kept blaring for half an hour,

Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden, Gläser im Bad waren super dreckig, Küchenfronten schmierig, Sofa hatte Flecken, genauso qie die Tagesdecke auf dem Bett :/ Das bei einem augenscheinlich neueren Gebäude weder Außenbeschattung noch Klimaanlage vorhanden sind ist auch eher so lala, das Zimmer wurde sehr warm durch die Sonne

1. kerroksen näkymät takapihan parkkipaikalle sekä hammasterveysaseman ja fysikaalisen hoitolaitoksen ikkunoista sisään. Asunnon pohjaratkaisu oli huonosti suunniteltu.
