Beautiful, modern duplex apartment ideally located on the outskirts of Hamburg. Situated on a quiet, tree-lined residential street with parking.

The airport is 30 minutes away by car, and the Baltic Sea is about 40 minutes away by car.

The living room features a dining area for four people, a sleeper sofa, a large smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a large picture window. From here, you step directly onto a terrace with a parasol and seating. The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), two nightstands with lamps, and two new blackout blinds. The apartment is on two levels; a spiral staircase leads from the living room to a lovely room with plenty of closet space for your wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, hair dryer, etc.

The flat is well appointed, the bed comfortable, everything you need is supplied, the hosts are very friendly and helpful. It was hot and I was able to sit in the shade in the garden. There is a short walk to the metro station and supermarket. It would also suit a couple with primary age kids. There is a room in the basement with further beds, next to the bathroom, accessible though a spiral staircase.
