About this apartment rental
The spacious, modern apartment has its own entrance and is located in the basement of a beautiful, renovated old-style villa. You can expect a cozy living room with flat screen TV, DVD / Bluray player, music system (Sony with CD / Docking St. iPod / iPhone / USB / MP3) and two bedrooms (one also with flat screen TV) and a kitchen with good Equipment that invites you to cook. A full bath (shower, bathtub, toilet) and an additional GWC and a large living room complete the apartment layout.
WiFi / WiFi is available free of charge.
For the short vacation in the metropolis of Hamburg (city trip) as well as for the long-term stay (special conditions please ask!) for up to 6 people. You will find the Kath. Children's Hospital Wilhelmstift in Hamburg Rahlstedt, the Institut ILS GmbH, Hamburg Rahlstedt and the Studio Hamburg in Hamburg Tonndorf.
All shops 'around the corner' (bakeries, supermarkets, 'Rahlstedt-Arcaden' etc.).
Bus and train stop in just a few minutes. The Regio- / Rapid Bahn runs to Hamburg Central Station / city center in just 14 minutes!
You live quietly and in the green, but still urban!

We really enjoyed this garden flat in the suburbs of Hamburg. There was plenty of space in the large living room and a really smart kitchen with everything you need. It was a short walk to the shopping centre and the station for trains into Hamburg is less than 10 minutes walk away. Very peaceful place to stay, recommend it.

Die großzügige Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist top, da man einerseits ruhig im Grünen wohnt und gleichzeitig in 5 Minuten Fußweg am Zentrum von Rahlstedt alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat. Vetmieterin war sehr freundlich und hat bei Fragen sehr schnell reagiert.

Die Kommunikation und das Einchecken war sehr einfach und wirklich lobenswert!!
Die Wohnungseinrichtung war super, sodass wir als 4-köpfige Familie und noch einer weiteren 3-köpfigen Familie Platz gefunden haben.
Das einzige Manko war, dass die Wohnung im Wohnzimmer eine nasse Wand hatte und die Wohnung auch ein wenig muffelig gerochen hatte.
