The spacious, modern apartment has its own entrance and is located in the basement of a beautiful, renovated old-style villa. You can expect a cozy living room with flat screen TV, DVD / Bluray player, music system (Sony with CD / Docking St. iPod / iPhone / USB / MP3) and two bedrooms (one also with flat screen TV) and a kitchen with good Equipment that invites you to cook. A full bath (shower, bathtub, toilet) and an additional GWC and a large living room complete the apartment layout.

For the short vacation in the metropolis of Hamburg (city trip) as well as for the long-term stay (special conditions please ask!) for up to 6 people. You will find the Kath. We really enjoyed this garden flat in the suburbs of Hamburg. There was plenty of space in the large living room and a really smart kitchen with everything you need. It was a short walk to the shopping centre and the station for trains into Hamburg is less than 10 minutes walk away. Very peaceful place to stay, recommend it.

We found the apartment to be pleasant and thoughtfully set up, as well as provided with everything we might need. The owner has been supportive and always responsive. The neighbourhood is really pleasant: if you want to take a walk you'll find lots of green around and really nice houses to look at. Hamburg's weather is quite humid and rainly (at least it was when we were there, in August), and the apartment is at ground level: however, humidity has never been an issue since the owner provided two dehumidifiers that we left running when we were outside (they're quite noisy). For groceries, there's a largish mall 3 minutes away, and in general there are several shops and supermarkets within the area, plus an open-stall market two times a week. Of course (this is Germany after all) on Sunday everything is closed so plan carefully your shopping...! Finally, a really well-functioning suburban railway connects the Rahlstedt area of Hamburg (where the apartment is located) to the central railway station, and back, every 30 minutes (also on weekends). Since the Rahlstedt train station is 5 minutes from the apartment (10 if you're slow) and the Hauptbahnhof is right in the center of Hamburg, reaching it is easy and also quick (the train takes someting like 15 minutes). All in all, we have been very happy with this apartment.

Plenty of comfortable seating options.Liked the red squirrels in the garden. Friendly host. 5 mins walk to station - frequent trains to city centre. Easiest route with cases to get S Bahn intoHamburg and out to Rahlstedt. Lubeck is worth a visit.

Lovely apartment not far from Hamburg. Well maintained and appointed with modern appliances and plenty of room (we are a family of 5). Andrea and Jos were extremely helpful and friendly and both speak excellent English. 7 minutes walk to the train station with a train every 30 minutes, more frequently at peak times, 14 minutes on the train to Hamburg centre. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants within 5 mins walk of the apartment. A good base for exploring Hamburg and the surrounding area, would definitely stay again.

Die großzügige Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist top, da man einerseits ruhig im Grünen wohnt und gleichzeitig in 5 Minuten Fußweg am Zentrum von Rahlstedt alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat. Vetmieterin war sehr freundlich und hat bei Fragen sehr schnell reagiert.

Wir waren für 10 Tage in der Wohnung um Hamburg zu erkunden. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und der Check-In verlief einwandfrei und total unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, alles sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Anbindung in die Stadt war gut und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Kommunikation und das Einchecken war sehr einfach und wirklich lobenswert!! Die Wohnungseinrichtung war super, sodass wir als 4-köpfige Familie und noch einer weiteren 3-köpfigen Familie Platz gefunden haben. Das einzige Manko war, dass die Wohnung im Wohnzimmer eine nasse Wand hatte und die Wohnung auch ein wenig muffelig gerochen hatte.

Zusammen mit unseren Freunden hatten wir 3 wunderschöne Tage in Hamburg, eine Stadt die wir alle noch nicht kannten! Wir sind begeistert, Stadt- und Hafenrundfahrt, Führung im Michel und Beethovens "Pastorale" gespielt von dem Spitzenorchester de Paris in der Elbphilharmonie als Höhepunkt - alles einmalig schön! Dazu die wunderbare Ferienwohnung in Rahlstedt, total zentral gelegen und genauso schön, wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Top sauber, alles vorhanden, was der Urlauber braucht und eine ganz sympathische Vermieterin! Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt!!!

Wir, 4 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind, haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die ruhige Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Eingang ist geräumig,hat eine schöne Terrasse ,einen kleinen Garten, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten von einem Einkaufszentum entfernt, wo wirklich alles erhältlich ist. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 20min in der Innenstadt. Es sind aber oft die kleinen Dinge, die entscheidend für das Wohlbefinden sind und hier sorgte unsere sehr freundliche und umsichtige Gastgeberin nicht nur für einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus sondern stellte für unsere Zweijährige auch altersgerechtes Spielzeug und Bücher bereit, was sehr zu einem entspannten Aufenthalt beitrug. Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr empfehlendwert.

Wir waren mit 2 Söhnen, 7 und 15, in Hamburg und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung super wohl gefühlt. Wir waren ohne Auto da und haben es keine Minute vermisst. Ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum gleich ums Eck , der Bahnhof nur ein paar Minuten weg und jede halbe Stunde ein Zug zum Hauptbahnhof mit nur wenigen Minuten Fahrt. In der Ferienwohnung war wirklich alles da, was man sich vorstellen kann und noch mehr. Die Wohnung ist groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit. Schöne Terrasse ganz im Grünen. Wohnung absolut ruhig. Ein rund um schöner Aufenthalt! Danke, liebe Familie Winkelmann

Die Unterkunft bietet, was sie verspricht! Es ist super gepflegt und sauber. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr gut eingerichtet. Hier fehlt es an nichts! Auch wenn die Wohnung etwas außerhalb von Hamburg liegt, kommt man aufgrund der guten Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln problemlos und schnell in die City. Wir haben hier ein fantastisches Wochenende verbracht und können es nur weiterempfehlen!
