Отлично расположено в центре города, до основных улиц с ресторанами 5 минут ходьбы. Все под боком:магазины, еда, банкоматы. Озеро в двух кварталах. В квартире уютно и есть все необходимое. Хозяин квартиры очень отзывчивый и заботливый, помог даже найти хорошего автомеханика в городе. Отдельный плюс - действительно удобная частная парковка под окном. Идеально для путешествий на машине.
