Highly recommend - place at the Center! All you need is there;)

The apartment was very nice, modern, spacious, and clean. It was a real pleasure to stay there. Having a garage in the same building on level -1 was a big convenience. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and drinking, and the bathroom is well furnished. Excellent communication with the host – highly recommended!

Had some small issues, but were generally happy with the place and would recommend it

Good location, good value for money, host was friendly and hospitable. Place looks decent. We had to remain the entire day in the city before we departure and they provided us with a place to park our car. Would recommend.

The parking was closed when we arrived and we had to call the host and find a temporary workaround. The water heater was acting funky (it was pulsating between hot water and cold), the shower head wasn't fully screwed in and was shaking a bit. The first day we arrived there were couple of ant swarm, they didn't reappear after we removed them though.

Great location and place to stay for any family

Fantastic location just a brief 5 minute walk to the main centre shopping strip and lake Ohrid. Very clean and spacious for a family of 5 with excellent host. Would highly recommend.

The location is great, quite place in the center of the city, everything is literally 5mins walk from you. Also they have parking available and its a garage, thats nice.

It was not really clean… the floor wasn’t mopped, it was dirty, the towels were smelling really bad and a lot of things needed replacement, pictures attached from some of them.

Everything is good. We had few minor issues found during the stay, the host was very responsive and helpful to solve them immediately. There is a lift in the building so it is good for guests with large or heavy luggages.

10+ apartment is worth every cent !!!

Location is just 5 min walk to the lake, center, apartament is super cosy all new furniture, kitchen, comfortable beds, everything inside the apartment is well planned and practical (master plan by some smart designer). Building is in a very quiet and safe area, underground parking is a big plus. We felt like home. Ms. Sandra is great landlord, very responsible and frendly.

I wish we could stay few days more in this apartment, in this wonderful city.

May be OK for some travelers, just not us,

THE GOOD This is a small studio with a kitchen and bed in the same room. Very good central location on a quiet street. WIFI is very good. The view is wonderful, only 1 of the 3 window openings has a screen however . The bathroom is relatively large and the shower is very good. The AC works great. There is plenty of closet space. The beds are great , and there's plenty of comforters and blankets. Apartment has multiple electrical outlets conveniently arranged and is very well lit! There's a washing machine, however in the booking information the word "dryer" is used. Other rentals use the word "drying rack "There's no wash/dryer combo at this studio apt. There's a drying rack. Apt is on 6th floor with a great view. The elevator works well. There is a nice sized refrigerator/freezer. There's a 2 burner stovetop and microwave. Nearby grocery stores.

THE BAD Bad experience at check in. There's underground parking however the reserved spot was filled with other vehicles. Compounding the problem is that the although the rental unit is #25 it is referred to as APT #7 by the host. You are supposed to figure out that your parking spot is KANAVECE 7 on a small wall plaque. Not the large #7 painted on the garage floor. We had to move our vehicle 3x in 36 hours after our hosts texted us and 1 irate note and bent back windshield wiper by the owner of the space that we took. This was not clearly explained in English in the hosts check-in information, which otherwise was OK. The apartment is unlocked by a key pad. There is no door key. Hopefully the power never goes outright? The cleaning lady left a garbage can full of filthy baby diapers under the kitchen sink. A most noisome greeting. WE needed to double bag it ,place the stinking mess in the hallway, text the host, send photos because housekeeping claimed that they had emptied it, and it all sat in the hall way for 2+ hrs., until it was carted off. The kitchen equipment consists of a 1 liter pot and a tiny frypan w/o a lid. No cutting board, no bread knife, no cutting knives. No cork screw, no dish bowls. It's not fully equipped . Range hood is not connected to the outside-it just vents smoke and stove odors back into the room. On the 4th day the building was without water, due to a city- wide water problem. The host might have texted us during the day while we were out, so we could have bought water. But no...lots of texts about car parking, none about the absence of water.

Location was amazing. This apartment had an interconnecting lift from the garage to the apartment directly. View from the window was exceptional.

Location is awesome. 100m from City Bazar and Ohrid Port. Apartment is brand new and apart from other experiences we had in Ohrid me and my Family enjoyed our stay here. Yes for Macedonian standards it is a bit expensive but worth the money for everything you get, especially the parking since in Ohrid is very hard to find one during holydays like we were. We would definitely come back. I recommend this place.

The best apartment in Ohrid!

I visit Ohrid 5 to 6 times every year. I can say that there is no better accommodation in Ohrid! The building is new and it is located in the center of the city, just 1 minute walk to the lake and the old town. There is an elevator in the building, and the apartment is on the third floor. If you come by car, you have a free parking space in a private underground garage, connected by an elevator to the flat. The apartment has a spacious hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and balcony with a beautiful view of the greenery. The apartment has impeccable insulation, you can sleep peacefully in silence. The whole apartment is modernly designed and every inch of space is used. Everything is brand new and made of quality material. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has literally everything you need if you want to cook on your own. The host Sandra is very kind and will meet every question or request.

Anyone who would write any negative comment would only be vicious, as no remarks could be found about this apartment. Everything is absolutely perfect!!!
