It's a very practical apartment that has everything you need for a short trip, especially for solo travellers. The bed was comfy, the kitchen well-equipped to make a small breakfast, wifi worked well and there's AC. Alexsander (the host) was extremely helpful and friendly.
I could hear the neighbours' TV and conversations quite clearly during the late evening (until around midnight), but most nights were quiet.

Very comfortable, great location, great host. Good value for money. Parking is easy.
The curtains do not cover the entire window, there is a shutter but a bit nicer. The bathroom was a little rough around the edges (shower door was duct taped on)
