Satisfactory but not much more

The location is good for the park and beach, although it is beside a noisy road. The response to issues was prompt.

The toilet didn’t work upon arrival. There was a major leak in the bathroom ceiling during our stay. The deposit and additional admin involved in booking feels unnecessary. Overall the property is a bit tired and in need of some repair and improvement.

Nothing as we didn’t accept additional charge for access the apartment so we weren’t allowed in. The property is above a parade of shops (butchers) on a busy high road, Parking extremely limited within the local residential roads. Absolutely no realistic views of the sea.

It was very easy to enter the property, the key was easily located, the property was located within easy reach of local shops, restaurants and opposite the bus stop which takes you to Sandbanks every half an hour, the taxi service was also very reliable and reasonably priced, the property was very well presented and exceeded our expectations, we would definitely stay there again and we highly recommend it. ***** 5 Stars

Location for us was perfect. Near the beach and Ashley Cross which has nice restaurants and bars.

Relaxing environment with warm comfortable accommodation.

The living room with dining area with kitchen met all our needs. Very well equipped kitchen. I also loved the information folder with tips of where to go out for coffee and meals. Easy parking behind the property.

Bigger towels and lack of water pressure for shower, though for a couple of nights I can cope with the light mist. Softer mattress using a mattress topper?

Owners let us check in before 4 oclock as our daughter wasn't feel so good so we were so happy about it. Very clean and big apartment.

The beds advertised as doubles are only 3/4 size, the website states double. This was ok for our stay but may disappoint others. the sofa was a little cramped but it was very comfortable

The apartment was well set out & in a quiet area.

Parking - there is no space to park on the road behind or use to the road opposite. Managed to fit my Ford in the parking area behind the apartment but needed the neighbour to move his car from blocking access.

Lovely property, worth the money!!

Very clean, well decorated and comfortable. Very quiet inside property even though we were near a busy road. Friendly people around and a shop opposite in case we needed something. Very contemporary and ideal for a family. Safe as well.

No parking even though they stated there is parking. Location is not great as property is above shop.
