La récupération des clés est assez simple. J'ai apprécié le calme de l'appartement, son emplacement à proximité des parkings, ainsi que la literie de qualité. La chambre au plafond en voûte de briques. La propreté du lieu et les serviettes à disposition, le dressing très pratique.
La cuisine est très petite, et il n'y a pas assez d'ustensiles de cuisine pour faire le repas. Il manque une bouilloire, quelques casseroles, et une bouteille d'huile d'olive serait sympa pour cuisiner sans avoir à transporter un litre avec soi. La plupart des appartements que j'ai loué mettent à disposition un peu d'huile d'olive et de quoi assaisonner les plats.

Beautiful spacious 2 person apartment on a top location in the middle of the historic center
from Volterra. Museums and restaurants, you can walk there easily to all of them. Smooth key procedure.

Loved the historic element of the building, the location
Only negative was no extra pillows. Only 1 pillow per person an extra pillow would have given comfort 10/10

There was a glitch - not caused by the host, but by you guys, at booking.com :-) - and the host was very proactive in solving it. The flat is pleasant, with a very nice walk-in closet, and a nice bathroom. Very good fixtures.
The whole flat could do with a refresh. The alternative accommodation provided was sub-par big time (I had, however, declared max flexibility, so I am the one to blame). Still.
